My overall preception of this Arnold Clark dealership is that they provide a good service to their customers and me specifically. I did have issues with the brakes so I contacted Arnold Clark and have left the car in with them to fix which I am confident they will do so I would recommend them.

Bought a car from this dealership, within a week I was taking it back to get a new exhaust as the exhaust fell off ! Also a lightbulb, thought it was just one if these things but then another bulb went, and another and another !! Was told it was just a coincidence all my bulbs were going... I think not!! Then I started getting an intermitant fault were the car would not start! Was never out Arnold Clarks to get looked at!! And of of course they could not find a fault!! On inspection by another garage they found that my headlight was held in by a bit of plastic tied on!! I'm a reasonable person and I do realise it can just be ur luck with cars but the way I was treated was ridiculous !! The staff were extremely unhelpful at one point I was practically told I was a liar, I have young kids and was a struggle to get a courtesy car off them!! Never again would I ever buy from any Arnold Clark again!! The countless letters i sent with no reply, constant calls with no solution!! I had the car three years and in those three years spent a fortune in repairs!!! As soon as u drive out that forecourt they are not interested!! Beware!!!!!!

I can relate to this customer. Some of the staff at Peugeot/Toyota were really friendly and some not so much. When the pressure is put on for the staff to be hitting high targets I think it can sometimes show. They are quick to jump to the defense of Arnold Clark and cars with issues rather than to listen to a customer and put it right. Quick to say that's the way it's meant to be when it's not. You lost another sale. I went to another Peugeot dealer. The car I got is so clean and an excellent example.
I am a returning customer to Arnold Clark Peugeot in Glasgow having purchased our previous car from here. On this occasion I purchased a Peugeot 208, we re really happy with the car, was exactly as described. The service from Arnold Clark was great, which is why we came back so they knew us from the last time. Great information about the car and everything was done as we asked. No problems at all recommending them
