Don't use this Arnold Clark for repairs or services, their backlog is ridiculous and your car will be left on the forecourt without them taking any action. My Kia was meant to be looked at first of Feb for diagnosis, they've not even bothered to look at it - it's costing £££ per month to sit on their forecourt. The customer service is antagonistic and deliberately obfuscates when you ask them about it - not giving timelines or setting expectations.

As a Motability customer looking for a new car that fit my needs, I visited Arnold Clark, Springburn, to see a Kia Sportage. Peter Carmichael listened to me and asked succinct follow up questions before he took me to see the Kia Sportage. I did place an order and received my car today. From start to finish Peter was very professional and courteous. The car was perfectly prepared for me and a Product Genius showed me how to operate all the basics. Even I understood!
