Me my partner and my dad have all bought car from Arnold Clark Huddersfield before so I went back to buy a Seat Leon. When I got the vehicle from them the car had not been valeted as promised when signing the paperwork. There were stains on all the seats which again they had promised to remove and failed to do so. In fact I don't even think that they had vacuumed. After driving the car home the engine light came on and stopped on. I phoned Arnold Clark and they asked me to bring it in to fix. They never offered me a courtesy car and had to get taxis/ public transport to work. After a couple of days they said it had been fixed. Brought it home engine light again came on took it back so they said they would replace the car with another similar one because they couldn't find the problem but let me drive the original one to use. But after over a week no car arrived so I rang them and they just fobbed me off with excuse's I took the car back and asked for my old car back but they said they had sold it and wouldn't return my money to the finance company. After over a month I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. My finance company are now perusing this as they say what Arnold Clark are doing is illegal. My father has emailed Arnold Clark twice but low and behold they haven't replied. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ARNOLD CLARK IN HUDDERSFIELD TO ANYONE POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
