I had fantastic service from Kian who helped me with sorting a service. He was very kind and helpful; most certainly an asset for Arnold Clark!

Had a M.O.T done at Arnold Clark Sefton Street and it failed on a tyre and a exhaust flexi hose. They wanted over £500 to replace the hose. I took it to my local garage and they said £265 supplied and fitted. Why is there such a difference in price.

Arnold Clarke approached my daughter to say she could part ex her existing car, so my Daughter paid a deposit for a car on the 8th June to hold it and while trying to sort the finance out they sold the car she had placed the deposit on and it’s now the 3rd July and she still has not received her deposit back and keeps getting told they will sort it. £200 is a lot for a company to keep hold of without returning it. I bought my car from stoneacre and not at anyone time did they ask me for a deposit.

Popped in to take a look at a new car and Nicole and her manager were so, so helpful. No sales pressure, no hassle, free to wonder around. It was nice to go into a showroom and not feel under any pressure at all, Nicole is so sweet and genuine, good to deal with real people and not SALES people. Have already recommended them. Ordered car on Saturday collected it Wednesday. Wow.
