Having been told that delivery of our new car would be approximately 3.5 months, we laid down a £1200.00 deposit. We waited during this period and towards the last month made several phone calls for an update on delivery. We were told that the sales person was busy with a customer but they would get him to call aus back. This happened 4 times. Eventually we were told that delivery would take at least another month. This was unacceptable to us and we were so disappointed in AC Customer care that we cancelled. We have over the years purchased numerous vehicles from Arnold Clark Livingston but never again. I bought a car from Arnold Clarks in Livingston the salesman Brian Morris was very professional in the manner he did his job and I would buy a car again in the future and would recommend Brian or any other members of the sales team.

I brought a car on finance from Arnold Clark Livingston and within 9 days of purchase the car engine seized. The branch tried to sell me another car that had a dent in it. I asked for a refund it took them six weeks and they weren’t helpful, the manager was rude and abrupt. Be careful to all who buys from this branch.

Just got a new mokka from Arnold Clark Livingston and had a great experience at the showroom, salesman Grant really helpful guided me through the whole process the only down side at this showroom is the parking it is a nightmare nightmare for customers.
I couldn't be happier with Arnold Clark, everything was done at my convenience, they were always at the end of the phone giving me any details and answering my questions and they had the car sparkling when I went to pick it up. They get top marks from me.

This isnt the first or last time I have bought from Arnold Clark in Livingston. They were patient with me because I used a 3rd party company to get my finance from and their was a slight delay. The service was good and I would recommend this dealership clearly because I keep returning to them.
