I had a lovely first experience of this branch. We had bought a car in November from Arnold Clark in Greenock and just noticed that the interior light was not working. Since we now live in Carmyle, I took it in to the London Road branch. Not only did they replace the bulb free of charge, I also got a lovely cappuccino and a shortbread finger. The service was quick and the staff courteous and friendly. Thanks so much.

Paid a deposit and transport to a branch near me, car arrived, a dent which was supposed to have been repaired wasn’t done and non functioning parking sensors , rang to complain to a general manager at Arnold Clark Glasgow Motorstore called Ryan he agreed to my statement that it should have been checked before it left his branch in glasgow he said I’ll check and get back to you, guess what he never did so left a message for him to ring me, you’ve guessed it he never did. not interested once they have your money, if the managers aren’t bothered what are the staff under him like ?

Arnold Clark Glasgow Motorstore on London Road are amateurs. Just spent my morning travelling to and from this place to test drive a car they'd already sold. I noted interest in a car last week and when I received a callback I asked to reserve the car and book a test drive. Was told I'd receive an email with a video which never arrived. I even called up the day before my appointment to make sure I was booked in because I hadn't heard anything. I was told I was still booked in and the specific car was even mentioned to me during this conversation. I had already rearranged my morning to attend this appointment. During my visit, when working out a payment plan (before we knew the car had been sold) the salesman (Michael) tried to tell me that putting a smaller deposit down means I'd pay more for the car in the long run, which I'm not sure is true. I'm not sure I received one single apology during all of this - for the lack of an email or for selling the car I was booked in to test drive - and the salesman even took an argumentative tone with me when I said that I'd called up to reserve the car. Very disappointing.

I went to Arnold Clark London Road MotorStore yesterday looking for a new car, and had a very pleasant experience , great offers , customer services were brilliant , and I got a new car all ready to go today all in all very efficient and great service.

From the minute Nichola introduced her we had a fantastic journey. Nichola was very helpful and gave us a great personalised experience. When in the store preparing for the purchase the Management team were very friendly and also very welcoming. Couldn’t have gone any smoother, had my car 3 days after my first visit. Mark (sales advisor) at the Arnold Clark Motorstore was very informative but also very genuine in his approach and make it the least stressful experience possible.

I traded in my car for a mini clubman from Arnold Clark Motorstore on the London Road. Both sales agents were on holiday when I went back to pick up the car and I was not happy however I was helped by a sales women called Nicola McNeil, she was a breath of fresh air, very helpful, professional and all around nice to deal with.

Avoid at all costs we got out our car to be followed by a VERY pushy salesman who wouldnt leave us alone to have a look at the cars. When we went into the showroom my husband went to complain to the Manager and he sat in his office and couldn't be bothered to see us. He told the guy in reception he would be out in 2 mins, however after waiting around 5 we kind of got the message that he felt he was too full if his own importance to be bothered to speak with us and we left. We were cash buyers (around £20.000) and after that treatment I wouldn't give ANY Arnold Clark Garage 20 pence of our hard earned cash! TOTAL DISGRACE!!!!!
