Hello, I went car shopping on line at Mercedes-Benz of Perth used and prestige last Thursday 9th July to look for a new vehicle. Subsequently I paid a deposit to reserve the car of my choice. On Saturday the 11th July 2020 My wife and I were greeted by Mark Brunton who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through my chosen vehicle. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman Mark was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Mark Brunton delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I must also thank Mark's general manager who also took time out to meet with us, have a chat and reassured both my wife and I about the after care support that would be provided. Generally a good team and all very polite. Sadly my vehicle had a near-empty AdBlue tank, poor handbrake, an area which had been resprayed, and a faulty stop/start system when I picked it up. Mercedes via Arnold Clark Dundee fixed 2 problems under warranty but I'm left with the resprayed area. This wasn't visible as the vehicle was wet on collection. Disappointed in Arnold Clark Mercedes Perth.

I was working away at the time of my car needing an MOT and few other things done to it and Mark Miller of Mercedes Benz Perth dealt with every aspect of it for me whilst i was away. The car was picked up from my house, taken to mercedes for its MOT, completed its MOT, was then taken to a body shop for a repair job, and then taken to another outside garage to get the alloys powder coated for me. All of this was done and dealt with by Mark, he took it all on himself and had the car sitting in my drive for me coming back! Couldn't ask for any better after care. I have dealt with Mark since i have bought the car and i wouldn't go to any other dealer.

Just generally happy with the service I received they made it easy for me to pick the perfect purchase, will definitely return to Arnold Clark Perth!!
