Bought a beautiful Kadjar. Lewis was kind and friendly. A Testament Of Youth. I come from a family of fitters, and was brought up sceptical of large dealerships. My wife wanted to visit Arnold Clark Preston, because they are near to Blackpool. I am converted. Great car, great price, great service. After 4 weeks my wife pipes up that her feet are cold. (The car was for her). With a heavy heart I went back to Arnold Clark this morning. Nothing was too much trouble. Whisked the car straight into the workshop, sorted a loose pollen filter cover, job's a good 'un. Warm and toasty now. Thanks guys. Really.

Charged £119 for a re gas on the a/c despite being told no leaks could be found on a 2.5 year old car with a 3 year warranty. The heater still doesn't work. I'm freezing and wasted my money. Condescending and blatantly wrong explanations from Service. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I left a review at the poor service, about Arnold Clark Dealership in Elgin, to which the Dealership has replied. Although I went into the Dealership, to report that the rear spring had broken, I have to pay the said Arnold Clark Dealer, for them to now tell me that the rear spring that I have just reported, as requiring replacing, I have now to pay them to tell me that my rear spring requires to be replaced.( I now think I know where their nickname came from) Neil

We purchased a new Renault Clio car from the Arnold Clark Preston branch last year. The salesman Jonathan gave us ‘the big sell’ to also take up the service option, including a number of committments about service pick-up and drop offs. In a moment of weakness we signed up! What do you know, 12 months later when we book the car in for a service the commitments all proved to be ‘fake news’. I have complained, and despite the sales manager Edward agreeing that we had been up-sold on a false promise he was unable to come up with a reasonable and acceptable solution. Stay away or at least be very careful when dealing with them!
