I was looked after by Mohammed Rahman who was very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the quick and efficient service he carried out when collecting my car. He also offered great advice and information regarding warranty etc. I would definitely reccomend the company after the service I received from the staff.

Totally unacceptable Arnold Clarke Salford .my wife's Motobility vauxhall astra car developed a fault with the entertainment console in February 2018. - [ ] I phoned to book the car in to have the fault repaired in on the Monday and was told that the service centre would ring me back.i waited till the following Monday and phoned I was again told they would phone me back.again I phoned back the following Monday and was told the same.this time after a three week wait I said that if I was not phoned back I would personally bring the car down and insist on seeing the manager. I was phoned back within the hour and was told there would be a six week wait.i was also told that I could try phoning around other dealerships to get a earlier date.i decided to wait and the car was booked in and a courtesy car was arranged.so after waiting nine weeks just to get the car booked in we went to the dealership. We were given a replacement vauxhall astra hatchback and not a like for liked estate which is needed to fit my e wheelchair in the boot.we thought wxe e would only have the car for few days so didn't make a fuss and folded down the passenger seats.we were told that we would need to put petrol in as the tank was empty.i thought this strange as you usually get a full tank of fuel.we were in a hurry to get away as my wife had a doctors appointment.i went to the petrol station and also noticed the Tyre pressure warning light was on for a rear Tyre.so I put ten pounds worth of fuel in and some air in the Tyre and made our way to the doctors.when on the way home I noticed the petrol warning light and Tyre pressure warning light was still showing. I phoned Arnold Clarke back the next day and asked when my wife's car would be back as this one she has these dangerous faults.i was told that they were waiting for a tool from the stretford branch(which is three miles) I gave it another day and phoned back and I was told the same again and to phone back.i did this the following Monday and was told the same again I was again told to phone back.i waited till the Thursday and then was told that the diagnostic machine was broken and did not know when the car would be repaired.i then phoned motobilty who arranged to send us a replacement car while the car was still in for repair.we then waited a further two weeks and on the Friday I phoned and was told that the car was still in for repair waiting for a spare part.on the Sunday I received a customer survey from vauxhall so I decided to email them and tell them about the customer service we had experienced. On the Monday afternoon we came out of the cinema I had a missed call and then a text to say the car had been repaired and also been delivered back.puzzled we came home to find my wife's car on the driveway.we opened the front door and the keys were on the door mat.i was angry at this as the had not given me to opportunity to inspect the car.i then started to transfer everything from the hire car.i got to the boot and lifted the board to put stuff in the Tyre well.i found that the Tyre well was half full with dirty brown water.not wanting to deal with Arnold Clarke again i phoned Motobility to complain.i then scoped the water out and moped up the rest with towels.i then put everything back in the car.after about an hour of getting the car back the car alarm kept randomly going off. I reported this to Motobility who advised me to call the rac out.they came out did all the checks and found that the battery was dead.this was replaced and the rac man left.again the alarm kept going off randomly the next day I phoned Motobility who again advised me to phone the rac.they could not repair the fault and said it would have to go back to the dealership.motobilty had already changed our dealership to pentagon Eccles so I followed the rac man there leaving my wife at home who had multiple health issues and is a full time wheelchair user.i was dropped back home and was given another hire car we waited for my wife's and was told that the alarm system had to be replaced. I then decided to make a official complaint with Motobility who spent weeks trying to get a response.twice the manager has not given an explanation and says he gives his sincere apologies. The car has since gone back in to pentagon Eccles who conducted vigorous tests and cannot find why there was water in the Tyre well The complaint has now officially been closed by Motobility without resolution as of 9 th July 2018.after months of this myself and wife have been left angry and upset and it has made our health conditions worse.i also feel paranoid that these faults have been made to teach us a lesson for the initial complaint.i feel at a loss as to what to do next.i feel like trying to forget it but can't so if you have advice how to get this resolved please let me know.
