Arnold Clark Hyundai sales staff were 1st class from start to finish
I collected my car today from the Arnold Clark Hyundai garage in Stirling and received excellent service from Ian who sold me the car. The manager and the chap who showed me around the inside of car were also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

I bought a second hand Renault Captur from this garage back in March 2018. There were issues with the vehicle on collection which should have been noticed and dealt with by the garage before sale which was not very impressive. However that is not my biggest issue. The reason I would not recommend this garage is due to the customer service or rather lack of it in relation to rectifying these issues. We have had to chase them up endlessly by phone and e-mail. We have had an extremely poor response from both the salesman and the branch manager. Now over two months since purchasing the car I am still waiting to be refunded for insurance cover I had to arrange for a courtesy car, and all the original issues have still not all been resolved. It is concerning that this branch of Arnold Clarke seems incapable of providing even a semi-professional service to its customers.

Good service and really nice car. I bought a VW Scirocco from Arnold Clarke Kerse road in May and up to now its all good! Only issue sis a small noise which I think may be coming from a wheel baring but I will go back ask them to have a look at it. Other than that I am very satisfied and would recommend this dealership.

My opinion of Arnold Clark on Kerse Road is that I did not feel they provided me with the best of service. I did not think it was value for money or recommend to others based on how I was treated.
