Disgusted in this dealership . A very long story but I should have walked away when there salesman initially said that the crack in the windscreen of the car I was buying would last 20 years ! Salesman changed to another one . Badly painted wing went in for respray . Mirrors not working in twice for them one visit they said there was nothing wrong with them ??? Lol. And now a noise from the timing belt area and they refuse to repair and refuse to let me reject the car !!!! Arnold Clark as a whole I don’t have an issue with . Stirling Toyota /Mazda seem to be a right shower of idiots ..

Called Arnold Clark Mazda in Stirling to get my Mazda booked for a recall. Woman on the phone insisted I had a Nissan X-trail, so were off to a bad start already. Eventually got the car in for the recalls to be taken care of, and they tried to get me to take a new timing belt and wipers. Then gave me an invoice for a Nissan X-Trail. I have since contacted Mazda who now informed me that I have 4 x recalls outstanding. So what did they actually do in Stirling? Absolutely nothing

My experience at Arnold Clark Mazda in Stirling was brilliant would well recommend them the staff put off allot of time with me and product consultant Ben ward was extremely nice and helpful at all times.
We traveled to Stirling from Ayrshire to meet up with the professional salesman who sold us our 1st Mazda, 3 years ago. We had been impressed with Robin Page of Arnold Clark Mazda in Stirling on our first purchase and he fulfilled the same expectations on our second purchase.
