Went to the VW garage in Wishaw and was helped by Kieran McDade to get a new car, needed one really quickly and Kieran sorted everything for me. Went in on the Monday and had my VW Polo the next day. Kieran took time to get to know what I needed, he was very helpful and informative - wouldn’t go anywhere else now, trustworthy and no hard sales patter. Excellent service all round 5⭐️

My 3 year old Polo GTI was in for its first M.O.T. a few weeks ago. As this was a new experience for me I was'nt too sure what to expect from Arnold Clark Volkswagen. I had nothing to worry about. The technician involved with my car kept me up to date with everything that was being done to car. From sending a video showing what was being done to emailing me. After M.O.T. was completed a service assistant telephoned me to let me know when I could pick up car. All in all a very positive and professional experience.

Stay away from Arnold Clark Volkwagen they will try and bump you. They were trying to add £500 on to my finance without me knowing and were living through their teeth when I questioned them about this. The sales guy was Kevin and his manager Graham both of them don't now how to speak to customers correctly.

Kevin McDonald, Joe, and Kieran 7 star experience at Arnold Clark Volkswagen, Professional, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Excellent customer service and after care, very personalised service, made to feel so welcome, it was like being amongst old friends. I would definately use them them again. I had previously visited another Franchise in the East End prior to this and was very disappointed.

My entire experience at Evans Halshaw VW Wishaw was great, thanks mainly to Sales executive David who was extremely helpful in finding the right car for me and securing and executing a very goid deal on my Toyota Aego. His very friendly and professional manner made the whole experience completely hassle free. Other staff involved were also very helpful.
