I viewed a car witch was advertised as immaculate on the website saw that it was and proceeded to purchase the vehicle when we picked it up it was parked in a way that we could not see one side of the vehicle when I got the car home there was a large scrape down one side when I complained about it they said it was already there if that was the case we would of noticed it and it would not of been advertised as immaculate and there was not a drop of fuel in the car I'm not very happy with the service at All this was my first car purchase witch has not been a good experience and would not recommend Ashton quality cars to anybody I hope this review is helpful to anybody

They were so unprofessional was extremely nasty on the phone when car broke down after just a few weeks. Do not use them!
Buying our new car from Ashton Quality Cars and dealing with Martain was such a great experience. Completely stress and worry free. Not once did we feel pressured or watched over like at some dealers. In fact we only went to look at the car and ended up driving away in it. The after service was equally as good. No questions asked when we had a problem it was sorted straight away. I would recommend Ashton Quality Cars to anyone and everyone. you will be sorry if you don't put your trust in his place..I'm certainly glad I came across them.

Great service, Martin was a really great guy, friendly and genuine, Nick the boss was really helpful and a nice guy too, bought two vans even though I only came over for one. I would highly recommend Ashton Quality Cars. I travelled 125 miles from Rugby but would make the journey again to buy another car when I need one. Derek.
Bought a car from Ashton Quality Cars a week after going to view it. The car was as described in the advert. The car was immaculate for it's yearand I had no hesitation leaving a deposit to pick up the car the following week, pending a test drive. There was a scuff on the bumper which was pointed out to Nick. The next week I test drove the car which drove superb. Also for a small fee the scuff had been repaired and the car had been MOT'd for 12 months. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and wouldn't hesitate buying another car from them.
This dealer said the car I was buying ran beautiful They said it had a few minor chips ..i accepted the car didn't look anywhere near as nice as the photos. Once driving home I realised the car drove really badly. It passed mot two months ago. I stopped and rang them, they refused to take the car back. They just said..tough luck, you bought it. Don't buy from Ashton Quality Cars.

This car was clearly described by ourselves, the retail value of the car was £4000, we sold it to the customer for £1495, all the faults were clearly listed on the bill of sale, whilst we are sorry for your dissapointment, the sale was totally transparrent and you agreed to everything at the point of sale, best regards Derek
