I bought a Porsche Turbo S off these guys a few months ago and honestly its been a true pleasure. They were completely straight with me, no false promises or over selling. The car is amazing and they showroom was a true candy shop for petrol heads. I will be going back for a Ferrari soon. Thank you guys!!!

Although ASM Performance sells high end cars, the vehicle I travelled over three hours for and intended to buy was a Land Rover Discovery 4, advertised as an exemplary model, however when I inspected the vehicle it was far from this, both sills paintwork had been scratched down to the bare metal, the spare wheel was missing and alloys were marked and a clumsy attempt to touch them up had been made, they took my car which I intended to part exchange (a 997 Porsche) at an agreed value of 20k and proceeded to “pull it apart” on things such as rusty bolts underneath, even though it is a 13 year old vehicle, they then decided to offer me 16k based upon this, then to add insult to injury during the inspection they damaged one of the doors to which they denied and stated had already been there. Do not be fooled by the top end cars they are a back street garage with back street customer service and back street mentality thinking everyone is desperate to sell their cars at any price and are too thick to constructively challenge them.

Recently bought a BMW. The service I received was excellent, The staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable. Had car 2 months now with no problems, runs perfect. Would highly recommend ASM Performance.

The young lad at ASM Performance was very polite. I did not buy the Ferrari or an R8- However the car I did buy was sold with a fraudulent mot- broken spring, inner brake pads fitted incorrectly. Other dangerous items such as bump stop broken, flywheel & clutch was about to go. I had to book it into a main dealer to be advised of these issues. The day after I took it the brake pad light come on the dash only to be advised itl be ok, no offer to check. Did not expect to have to do all this work to a car within a week of buying it. After approaching them I got a rude blunt email asking me to return the car for a refund and that they would do the work and sell it again. They offered me discount due to the window not working and it needing an oil top up. They then Tried to use this against me and justify why it was going wrong. They obviously knew they sold a dodgy car, no apology, no compensation for the 300 miles in total back an forth. Not even an offer to fix it!! I would not recommend this garage and think the polite young lad needs to get out as they are diabolical. I have reported them and the mot testing centre to the DVLA for them to investigate. Stay clear anyone who is just looking to buy a safe vehicle! R8, Ferrari or not!

I would like to thank ASM Performance for the excellent customer service that I and my family received from them over the last couple of days. They took the time and effort to ensure that I had the right car, The communication over email and telephone was always clear and easily i understood, I never felt pressurised to buy any of them. Thank you ASM for going the extra mile on Saturday morning to sort the HP agreement. A big thanks for looking after my family while i went on the test drive, and even going down to the shop to purchase some fruit shoots for the kids; as well as allowing my son to sit in the Ferrari he was very happy. Would definitely be back again

ASM Performance are nothing more than disgraceful in their business practice of supposedly selling quality performance motor cars but are in fact very very shadey people selling vehicles with fundamental flaws without declaring such faults or giving any care whatsoever after a transaction has been completed. We bought a vehicle from them but before even driving it away from their business premises discovered a significant fault with the vehicle. We instantly requested our monies back but were met with an inhospitable attitude. After a heated discussion the majority of the money was returned but they refused to return our initial deposit in full asking that the log book which had been electronically done through the DVLA be returned once received and at that point further monies would be returned to ourselves. The log book was return by recorded delivery within a week but to date no monies regarding deposit returned. I have advised them that this is a criminal activity under the sale of goods act and that as the deposit was taken by card it is now actually credit card fraud as monies have not been returned. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS AND ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS.

Went to ASM Performance on sunday and looked at a few cars. test drive one with no problem. booked in to test drive 3 others for today ( at the salesmans request ) as the cars were difficult to get out due to volume of cars. Got a call at 12pm from a guy ( supposed to be there at 15:30 ) saying he wont get all the cars out as its too much effort and will only get the the car out after i commit to buy it. when spending 30k on a car i want to test drive it first but his response was, well it has 12 months warranty so why do you need to test drive it? was going there to purchase 1 of the 3 cars but with that attitude i will go elsewhere. Totally wrong attitude and lost 2 sales as the mrs had her eye on an evoque there too. Just remember when shopping there, you must buy before you try! its a shame as the first guy i dealt with on sunday was spot on.

I went to look at car, shabby paint work with runs on it, and rear pads were really worn with a brand new mot, they were definitely under legal requirements, be careful some cars looked nice but they obviously got a good relationship with mot station where they turn a blind eye and let u fix it 3-6mths down the line, Be careful dealing with ASM Performance.

Not too sure what the below reviews are based on because my experience at ASM Performance was great! Very helpful and the car has been all good so far. As regards to some of the below reviews I don't understand how certain aspects were not realised at the point of sale. Overall I recommend and I also recommend ignoring a lot of the below reviews as they are not a true reflection of the garage.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS GARAGE. ‘Refundable’ £250 deposit on a car still has not been paid 4 weeks later. Despite having written confirmation from the ASM Performance it was fully refundable.
