Can't fault these guys. We bought a car older than they usually sell and when a couple of faults occurred post sale and post warranty, Sam was happy to have them fixed at zero / negligible cost to us. They were under no obligation. I think it's just how they do business. The whole process of buying was unhurried and reassuring. Honest and trustworthy business.

I have no complaints at all through my purchase of my new car! As a young women who has no idea about cars, Andy really took his time and went over and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what the process was. I have had the car for about a month now and I could not be any happier with it. I could not thank Andy enough! I bought a car from this dealership. Andy was very helpful with any questions over the phone and arranging to buy the car. On arrival to collect the car, Sam was very helpful with sorting the details and has a great knowledge about all their vehicles. Both Sam and Andy can’t do enough for you. Had a small issue with the window wiper but they were more than happy to send one out or pay for me to buy one myself. Highly recommend.

I bought a car which was a real pleasure dealing with Andy every effort was made to feel at ease .After my purchase I had a problem with the car and was introduced to Sam who took the car to the work shop left me with a courtesy car and went on to fix the problem at no charge as the warranty had just elapsed can't speak more highly of them if u are looking for a car look no further

I can honestly say that I've never had a better experience with buying a used car. Sam and Andy were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was in impeccable condition. Even when the car had a minor unforeseen issue, under their excellent warranty I was given a courtesy car free of charge and they even picked the car up and delivered it back to me. The service this dealership offers is the best I've ever experienced and I couldn't be happier with the car. Next time I'm looking to get change my vehicle I'll be going straight to Audi Saab, they've now got a customer for life and I can't thank them enough for what they've done for me.

Having bought a cabriolet from them two months ago I had a minor problem which was not their fault in any way. They provided great after sales service under warranty with no quibble whatsoever . Highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased Audi A3 from Sam and couldn't of been happier. Very professional service and was a clean and tidy car as described. The cam belt was done before collection. Unfortunately a tyre needed replacing after purchase as a small problem occurred but Sam sent us to a local garage to resolve stress free. I would highly recommend and will be using in the future
