I bought a van from them, Ibrahim was nice and solved everything in a short time. I saw the car, I read the description about the good things, but no one said anything about possible defects. After the first day, I brought the van home and at less than 24 hours at the driver's door the paint peeled in 2 places, I didn't feel disturbed, hoping it would be the only defect, at 2 days I wanted to check if it has a spare weel, it didn't have and had a damage to the spare wheel support, I called them and I was told that someone would look when I came back to put the aluminum bars on the roof, they fitted my bars but disnt have a look at that issue.. In the meantime I put the car into use, realizing that it has a problem with the clutch or the gearbox, when I changed from the first gear to the second or from the second to the third I had to force the gearbox which does not seem normal at a 13500 mile car. I called them, they made me an appoiment and told me will check and they will guide me to solve the problem. I went to them a week ago, I waited 20 minutes after the appointment time, then Ali picked up the car, took it behind the hall and came back in 20 minutes saying that everything is ok in the car and that I don't have to what to worry about and I quote "Maybe you overload the car with weight or it's the way you drive". I tried to explain but he kept his own even though I didn't have more than 250kg in van all the time, then I said about the damage to the spare wheel support and about the paint that peeled from the door. He rudely told me that the car is "Sold as seen" and the problem is mine that I did not see when I bought it, I explained that the paint peel because it was repaired unprofessionally and under the car I did not could look at them, wasant very bride in the warehouse. He told me that they do not sell damaged or repaired cars, an at the minute after a Mercedes Sprinter pass us full of scratches and cracked windscreen which I assume he had gone to repair being the defects surrounded by yellow marker. I told him that I was not satisfied with my van, saying aftercare manager will give me a call to solve my issue, after 7 days no one called me. I bought from them hoping that I will avoid exactly the situation I am in now. Very disappointed

No reply to emails after 3 days No mention of A TRADE sale during the buying process or online ads but they have sneaked it into the small print so beware Liers and thieves !!!!! Trading standards will be informed You have all been warned
Bought an expensive 15K van from Auto Capital. They presented their RAC report which i found out was done inhouse and not actually by the RAC. Everything looked good until 2 months later we put the van in for breaks. The mechanic said he had never seen anything like it. The vehicle had clearly been used in very wet conditions or flooded and the break shoes, pads and handbrake parts were all severely corroded. This was a 15 plate vehicle with only 40k on the clock. The team at autocapital were very dismissive and rude. It is worth noting that in their terms and conditions they make terms that they opt out of certain parts of the Sale of goods act. If you are a business they believe that you have no rights. I will be testing this in court shortly.

Bought my Transit for courier work @ 80,000mls and 18 months later it has 180,000mls! Fixed a few issues at the start and swapped a gearbox but still runs like a new van. Chris The Courier.
There were 3 expensive items missing from description in the vehicle I bought recently, the salesman said to me that we all make mistake, you bought it for good price, we didn't make any profit. Im not happy with it. Basically incorrect description advertising is against the law.
Bought a van. Strictly asked full refund if there is a fault with the van before purchase and made this clear by typing this on the invoice . Van appeared to be faulty. Whatever I have done couldn't managed to give the van back. They refused to take it back. Offered fixing of the issues. They made just patch up works and hand the van back. With the issues . As much I asked to refund my money and take the van back, they never did. They all friendly and helpfull, till they sell the vehicle. After that they all ignorant. I would say avoid this place . The van wasn't even a bargain . I could easily bought the same van from anywhere with that price. Just Bec auto capital was local and I needed it quick. Now I have to pay additional to get the van fixed . Defienatly avoid
