I initially inquired about the car with these guys a few weeks ago however was told that someone else had got there before me and had already applied for the finance. They said that if there were any changes they would let me know. As promised, a week later I got a call that the original buyer had to pull out (luckily for me) and that if I was still interested then the car would be mine. I especially appreciated that this was honoured as there was great demand for the vehicle. There was some back and forth regarding the original price quoted to me and the price that I ended up having to pay (a removed discount of £500 roughly) but overall they were fair as there was great demand for the vehicle and it is the price everyone else would have had to pay. Also in the grand scheme of things it was a good price in comparison to the market. Delivery of the vehicle and documentation was smooth. Overall good experience with these guys and can recommend. Communicable people.

Bought a merc from Ryan and Steve very helpfull and friendly nothing too much bother had car delivered down, 4 hrs away all run smoothly very happy with the car would highly reccomend .5 star rating.

I have only dealt with Ryan and Steve but both were amazingly helpful and supportive. 3 days before Christmas my car broke down. I knew it was dead, even if it was fixable, financially it wasn't worth it. Without a car how would I get all my luggage and Christmas presents to my sons where I was spending Christmas? I hadn't even done the food shop yet. Ryan managed to get the car ready for 23rd Dec and delivered to me. So helpful, polite and appreciative of the business. Whilst driving the vehicle to me, he realised that the button on the handbrake was loose, so ordered a new one. He brought the car to me for use over the Christmas period and Steve, came with the new button as soon as it arrived and fixed it at my home. He also checked and topped up my coolant and screenwash whilst he was there. Both gentlemen were so polite and helpful. Not only did I need a car urgently, no car, no can't work. I live in the sticks, public transport is limited and non existent at weekends. They took the hassel out of the sitution, made Christmas possible, and work possible at the time of year you most need it. Thank you guys, you are great.

I can't fault the people at auto clicker at all, really great service! The ranger I bought broke down within warranty and was fixed with no expense spared, I would definitely be visiting again in the future for another car!
