Saw a Seat Arona FR on Autotrader and spoke to Alex on the phone. He went straight out and filmed the car, sending me a comprehensive video. He was not pushy and answered all my questions. I put a deposit on the car and travelled to Lowestoft to collect it. I was picked up at the railway station and met Nigel at the dealership. He was welcoming and took the time to show me all about the car to make sure I was totally happy. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex and Nigel. An altogether great experience. Thanks to you both. Highly recommend Auto Devotion in Lowestoft.

Travelled over 300 miles one way to see a Nissan Nivara NP300 that i had already paid a deposit on. This truck looked immaculate in the photos and wasn’t advertised as having any damage, neither was I told about any damage during our multiple phone conversations. Upon viewing the truck I found dents in certain places scuffs and scratches which had been concealed by blue marker pen, the back bumper is twisted and the underneath was caked with muck. The salesman’s attitude was less than friendly and he was unwilling to come to any sort of compromise! I would not recommend Auto Devotion in Lowestoft to anyone and would avoid at all costs!

Bought a Volvo and Tim was excellent throughout. Saw car on a walk on visit and ended up making a deal there and then. Very reasonable trade in price on my Part Ex and allowed us to explore the new car and test drive taking as much time as we liked. Very easy to deal with and on collection had done everything we requested and car was immaculate. Good communications throughout and would highly recommend Auto Devotion Lowestoft.

Saw the car on the website and booked an appointment with Tim Chandler to view and test drive the car. Tim was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The entire process from enquiring to viewing to purchasing was easy with no sales pressure or hard sell. Have given the initial process five stars. I will review again after having the car for a period of time and experiencing the after sales service.

Most horrible way to spend money other than going to the dentist ! I would never ever recommend Auto-devotion Lowestoft to any family or friends. Collected our new car (used 7 years old) 14th July 2018. Drove it for 1 week, then it started to develop problems and issues...leaks and breakage not expected in a 7 year old car. What should have been an enjoyable week on annual leave in our new car, will now instead be spent driving around in a hire car looking for a decent car dealership with good customer care ! Tried to get issues fixed, and was made to feel that AutoDevotion were doing us a favour ! 17 days of car stress...Zero customer care...never again..

I would just like to say a massive thankyou to Nigel Buxton at Auto Devotion Lowestoft for his help and support whilst purchasing a new car, Nothing was too much trouble for him and he thoroughly explained everything in great detail so we fully understood. we love the car and will be visiting again when its time to change.
Really good service. I had to travel about 25 miles to get to the dealership after finding the car in their website but it was worth the trip. I bought an Audi A3 back in June and it's perfect and was a brilliant price. I would absolutely recommend this dealership they were great, really helpful and friendly.
