I went to Autoelite without an appointment just to look at a Nissan Quashqai after being disappointed by another dealer who I had arranged a test an appointment with. All the staff at Auto Elite were helpful and friendly, and gave me the keys to look at a car with no pressures. I decided after looking at the car I would arrange an appointment to test drive as the car was well blocked in by other cars. They stated this was no problem and got the car out within ten minutes for me to test drive. On return, they were all helpful, friendly and knowledgable, and told me all about the car. A fair price was then offered for p x on my car and deal agreed. They arranged for a new Mot to be done and rectified a small problem with the rear light. On collection of the car they were all friendly and demonstrated all the controls to me. The whole experience from start to finish was superb, professional and enjoyable. I have no hesitation in recommending Auto Elite to anyone. Thanks to you all for great service.

Overall I am pleased with the purchase I made with this specific car dealership as they provide informative customer services and was able to deliver the car right to my doorstep.

I purchased a car from Auto Elite Bristol in Oct 2018 , the car had a 3 month warranty , they said the car would have a service done , they forgot to stamp book , I dont believe this car even had a service , I was told to take the car on a long drive weekly which I did as it was diesel , three weeks after the warranty was up the car broke down on me it just wouldn’t start , I had to get it towed to a diesel specialist where I was then told the dps filter was so badly damaged it had to be replaced and the turbo and so many more things were wrong with car , in total it was going to cost me over £2000 pounds to repair , they advised me to go back to where I got it from , bit of course they didn’t want to know , and yes I know the warranty was up but not even by a month when this happend , bit of a coincidence I think , so thank you very much auto elite for ripping me off .

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from here in January. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and I would definitely buy from them again. When I received the vehicle, it was like new and nice and clean and a it was a great price. I have no complaints and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a golf in June. The car was clean and in good shape and the car dealers were quit helpful. I have had some issues with the car but i didn't go back to them to have the repairs done because to be honest I don't rate the mechanics they use. I know people who have trouble with them in the past.

Only good things to say about this dealership. They were really helpful and friendly and easy to deal with. I bought a Peugeot 308 in June and I am so happy with it! I have had no issues with it at all. It was really nice and clean when I received it and in brilliant condition. I would highly recommend this dealership.
