If I could put 0 stars ⭐️ I would as they don’t deserve any, they no all the cars they sell are not fit to be sold. Brought a car from them and had loads wrong with it got it sent back and back up for sell the same day, no refund as of yet PLEASE PLEASE stay away they should be shut down

Hi, so just purchased a mini from this company. Delivered due to distance paid on credit and debit card. MOT 12/12/2022 delivered 21/12/2022 I have driven less than 20 miles, Steering undrivable, power steering pump shot, engine bay steaming, could be any of a number of things cooling system related. Knocking on steering at front when able to reach full lock. In the few miles I've done it is impossible to imagine it passed an Mot just days prior to delivery. Supposed to be 2 working keys only one works. There pre delivery inspection has no mention of any faults. So I have emailed them and await reply. In the mean time I am going to have an AA inspection done and a RAC registered engineer who looks after my cars. Having reported faults to Autoglobe within 14 days and it being unfit to drive they are obliged to offer a full refund and collect at their expense or pay for repairs to be carried out. If this doesn't happen I will contact a solicitor, the AA, anywhere they advertise, the MOT station used to complete the MOT, DVLA and the Police. This car was bought for my Daughter to drive once she passed her test in the New Year and Shaz(salesman) knew that. If it ends up in court can I use information within other reviews as evidence please?

Purchased vehicle and px a much better vehicle. Failts now appearing. Emailed company with faults car on drive for a week as advised. Accused of being a poor customer. Aggressive emails sent to me. Poor car when further investigation carried out. Polite to these guys and rude responses back. Go elsewhere guys please. I have not been rude in any way just wanted monies and work dealt with a good will gesture lol.

I bought a card paid 5000 for it it had been motd 5 days when I got it it has holes in the floor pan some even covered by fibre glass 2 holes in inner wing and a few other faults I told them they said I won't get a refund it was sold as seen even thought they motd the car at the same place twice in 7 months stay away from this place

Purchased a Suzuki Jimny from Auto globe without having viewed it due to the distance. Vehicle appeared very good by the photos and video sent by them, no mention of any faults. Paid £300 to have it delivered which arrived the following morning. Vehicle still looked good on the surface when it arrived and was unloaded. I also given paperwork which included some welding repairs to anchorage points and mot carried out 4 months earlier on behalf of the company. When I went to move the rear seats I found the rear seats could not be moved forward on their hinges due to them being missing and the bottoms of the seats where held to the rear clip with 20mm fabric in one place, the rear seat back rests were not bolted in and a lot of the rear floor pan was rusted away and not connected to the sub frame. In short had the vehicle been in an accident rear passengers would not have stood a chance and would collide with those in front. Contacted the company within half an hour of the transport leaving asking for them to turn around and pick it back up. I was told that I would also have to pay for it to be picked up. The vehicle was then picked up and I was given a good will gesture of £150 off of the return transportation. I have now been given a refund on the vehicle minus £450 for the trouble of asking them to take back an unroadworthy and dangerous vehicle. Be very wary of this company.
