Awful rude condescending staff, it shows if you really check reviews on all platforms these guys have a track record of being terrible to people. I’d never ever buy from these crooks. Our experience below will be on his own CCTV so I hope he goes through it before giving one of his standard responses. I was with my 60 year old dad to help him get a car and we both had a terrible experience. We were let in on appointment and saw our preferred car battery being charged. He did not even bother coming down to talk about the car. He just made one quick interaction, saying if we wanted to talk business, to go up to his office. We wanted to ask what kind of accident the car had been through, as we found dents and it seemed the bonnet was refurbished, however when asked he had no interest to engage with us and said he has another appointment in 5 minutes. I really think he thought we’d driven 2 hours to do a quick exchange of 35k just like that. So, we simply walked to the entrance to leave. At this point he came down the stairs and became behaviour aggressive and muttered words i cannot mention here due to policy but his cctv can verify. We just had to leave to avoid a commotion. Bear in mind I was with my 60-year-old dad and we both got pushed out. I can only assume he was trying to provoke a reaction from us to find a way of keeping the £500 deposit which he still has not returned and for which we are currently seeking advice. We did call a few times, but he just puts the phone down. Simply avoid.

Hands down the worst people and business I have ever dealt with. Can’t believe people can be so rude and angry over literally nothing. I rang them to ask about a car they had for sale and after a few questions the salesman told me he wasn’t going to entertain my business. I was very confused and immediately a full blown argument erupted and the things that were said to me can’t be mentioned on here. Please guys don’t even bother going to these guys, elsewhere have the same cars for cheaper and far better customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Ruthless people
One phone call enquiring about a vehicle turned pear shaped so quick it was unfathomable. After asking simple questions regarding a car, suddenly the chap on the phone became so enraged and very condescending. They advised they did not want my business as I was a time waster. Based off that one phone call I’d avoid these guys altogether. Far more pleasant places that will actually understand how to treat customers.
I went into view a car and it taken around 30 minutes for somebody to approach me. I started asking general questions that anyone purchasing a car would ask. Immediately the worker seemed agitated, I ignored this and asked what I felt necessary. Eventually the worker became so rude and advised me they did not want my business and that they had no time for time wasters. I could not believe this and was very disappointed that a couple of general questions led to this. Avoid at all costs I would never ever buy from such people. No people skills.

Had a viewing to go see a vehicle they had, upon arrival the member of staff wasn’t even present. We looked around the showroom to be told we would have to reschedule. The drive was a 3 hour drive. After explaining this owner got extremely aggressive and rude and demanded we left the showroom. Couldn’t even fathom it. They were in the wrong yet we are the ones who got told to leave. The most unprofessional and ridiculous experience I’ve ever had, not one person knew how to interact with a consumer. They need to be trained on how to talk to people. Avoid at all costs please!!!!
