Went to look at a car on sale for £11,500. Loved the look of the car and spec. Very serious about purchasing it but had never driven a BMW or a car with flat run tyres. Umare advised that I could only test drive the car if I paid a 10 % non refundable deposit. Who would pay £1150 pounds for a 5 minute drive to lose this money if you don’t like the feel of it ? Spoke to many car dealers since who all say this is illegal. Found the whole experience awful.

Salesperson incredibly rude on the telephone. Denied any issue exists with regards to timing chains on any BMW models when asked when the timing chain had last been replaced - these issues are well documented online, and there have even been product recalls as a result. When told to call back the following day, upon which I was told the vehicle had been sold - it's still up and available for sale online - when I mentioned that salesperson had not been helpful I was told to "F*** off, you p****". Shame really, as I would have liked to purchase the car despite it being £500 above the market price and non-negotiable.

called regarding a car. person on the phone was really rude and didn't seem to care about my questions i had asked. ask if the price was negotiable as it was higher price than other dealers and the guy on the phone goes to me to buy a car cheaper from somewhere else and i find that very rude as i was really interested in this car but no way am i going to bother with them. bad service.

What a refreshing and positive change from the usual car buying process. Umare and the team at automotion are exceptional, I’d rate him and automotion 10/10. Having bought from BMW dealers, and privately this is by far and wide the best car buying experience. The car was MOT’d, taxed and prepared and looked even better than the pics on the website. All in all if you want a high spec car, then I can’t recommend Automotion enough. You can virtually buy just off the pictures of vehicles on the website - but I made the effort to slep up to Peterborough and see the car, have a test drive (which was here are the keys - enjoy yourself). Car was cleaned and sparking when delivered so really impressed all round. So kudos to Umare and team for running a slick and customer centric business. Will be back for my next BMW!

I bought an Audi A3 just based on the photos and description of it. Was very happy when it got delivered and looked even better than the photos.

My 18 year old Son found a car on-line, and then has asked me to carry out, all the nessesary enquiries. Unfortunately, there was only one photo of the car initially, as the dealer had purchased the vehicle, but it was not physicaly at his dealership. The dealer, a Mr Umare Malik, informed me of the time line, and the condition of the car, over the phone, and stated that he would send me additional photos, as soon as the car arrived, which he did. As I am currently living in South Wales, and the travel time to Peterborough, was four hours, I wanted as much information about the vehicle as possible, and Mr Malik was very forthcoming with this, even to the extent that he informed me, that there was a faulty exhaust bracket, that he was going to rectify, even though this meant a delay in the possible deal. And when I say, a faulty bracket, there was an intermittent rattle that he noted, and he did not want us to wast any time and money, traveling to Peterborough, until the car was in perfect condition. In addition to this, the satellite navigation system needed an update, but there would have been a delay for this work to be carried out, and as my Son, had recently passed his driving test, he wanted the car ASAP, so Mr Malik arranged for this update to be done, at a local BMW dealership, close to home. In the review title, I have mentioned honest, and that is because, my Son & myself would not have noticed the intermittent exhaust rattle, and we would not have been aware of the satellite navigation update, for some time after purchasing the vehicle, but Mr Malik was very transparent from the start. On arrival at the dealership, the car was positioned at the front of the four-court, in outstanding condition. Mr Malik gave a detailed overview of the cars functions, to a very excited 18 year old, and then the car was taken for a test drive. The dealer ship, is very impressive, & we were provided with some light refreshments, and made to feel very welcome. Due to the day being on a Sunday, my Son had a few technical issues trying to transfer the outstanding funds, and Mr Malik wasn't only accommodating, he was very helpful and knowledgable. The weather wasn't great, for our journey home, but my Son's new car, put a smile on his face for the entire journey.

Bought the car without viewing, very accurate description from the garage. Car arrived in immaculate condition. Brett helpful and would deal again.

I Sean James purchased a Range at over from AutoMotion Peterboro. I did not go and view the car, just looked at pictures and took their word that the vehicle was alright. When the car was delivered to me in Lewes East Sussex it was exactly what I made Malik in Sales had told me about it. So Mr Malik and his company are 100% genuine to buy a car from. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied.
