Cannot fault the car we purchased but a year down the line he has not sorted the log book. I lost all my tax refund and now received a court order as the car is being driven without MOT. I had also chased him on this a couple of months after the sale and was just full of excuses. Not to be trusted on the paperwork side of things.
Hardly the most helpful of dealers. Not much point in going into detail, as will only no doubt incur a glib response !

Your review was really helpful! Doesn’t sound like you even bought a car from us, if you did and had issues, try being a normal sensible person and address them directly to us, instead of hiding behind email
We helped our friend find a car and dealt with Paul the owner, was advised what comes with the car she wanted to purchase. Mot-service-warranty. Been four month all going well. She Even received a Call from paul after three months to make sure all ok. Thanks Paul. Will be looking for another car for son soon. Dan, G
We bought an Audi Q5 from Paul and Tony with a 3 month warranty. Within a month there were gearbox issues. The car went for repair and we were told it was a sensor. For a period of time all seemed well until July when I was travelling on a motorway and the car started juddering and losing power. Then there was an awful noise and smell. I pulled over onto hard shoulder to await recovery. Diagnostic checks ran by AA suggested 8 faults so the Audi was then transported to Audi dealership near to us for diagnosis and repair. When we received the call from the Audi manager we were told that it would cost around £12k for a new gearbox plus. Obviously we were shocked as car had only 42k mileage and in speaking to him further he then informed us that the car had previously been written off as a Cat N. At this point we were horrified as we would never have entertained buying a car for £20k (full market value) which had been written off. Paul and Tony as dealers have a legal obligation to disclose this fact and they omitted to impart this crucial piece of information. It should also have been evident on the V5C which it is not. I have emailed Paul several times and now informed trading standards who are looking into this issue. This is an ongoing saga which if necessary we will pursue through the courts. In conclusion we would never recommend anyone buying a car from Auto Park Norwich.

You were fully a wear the car was recorded, the gearbox was a sensor, which was repaired, but it seems my fault that the car went faulty again nearly 2 years later, thank you for the review
I brought a range rover from here. First day had problems with the air con. Told to take it to a garage to be fixed and i would get my money back. Had to go back to Auto Park to pick up a battery as car never started after a few times. Had to fit the battery myself as they had no where to be able to do it. My elderly mother fell though the side steps cutting her leg very badly. Phoned and emailed Auto Park with no joy as i wanted these replaced as they were both rotten. No one got back to me so i went back to them but Tony was not there so the guy i saw said get them replaced and we will sort it.Brought them and fitted them my self .Emailed Auto Park . No reply. Ohhh No refund for the Ree gas £130.00 plus new side steps £125.00 4th day i was driving to Lancashire and car broke down. AA called out and couldn't fix it as it was the gear box crank censer . Big Job. Car taken to Halfords a recommended repairer listed on the warranty . They wouldn't touch it due to Historic faults listed so the car was faulty before i brought it so not covered. Car then taken back to a Norwich garage where it was looked at( Landrover) but they would not do the work under warranty as read outs said Historic faults .I was charged £70.00 for that and i was told it would cost around £900.00 to fix. So i emailed Auto Park with no joy so then informed the finance company and also sent the same email to Auto Park. Surprise i got a reply saying that they had not got any of my other emails and to take it to a garage they recommend to get it fixed. I was charged for them to test what the fault was. another £80.00. To be told they couldn't fix it and the warranty was not worth the paper it was written on. Auto park then arranged for the car to go to another garage where it was fixed but i had to go and get it . Knowing full well i was working in Lancashire at this time. All this was over about 8 weeks before i got the car back . On picking it up and driving with no radio on i noticed a grinding sound coming from the front of the car. Emailed Auto Park and they arranged for the car to go to a different garage near them. To be told it was both front lower wishbones arms. Car of the road for 3 days. You guest it . Picked the car up after this to still hear some grinding . Took it back to be told it was the front off side wheel barring but Auto Park have not authorised the repair. . 2 weeks later im still waiting so have now told the finance company i dont want the car and i want all my money back . Deposit of £4500 . Money to transfer my private reg. Money im out of pocket for repairs iv done. Money iv paid in payments and compensation for not having the card for nearly 9 weeks. Finance company are now looking in to it and im awaiting the outcome. So be very carefull when getting a car from these guys.

Wasn’t allowed a test drive drove from Lowestoft and they said u had to book a test drive wasn’t impressed most car dealers let u have a drive of the car on the day will be going else were and not Auto Park Norwich.
I am very happy with my Car from Auto Park. I have had it for a while now and it seems to be running just fine. The only thing I would say is it would have been nicer to have more background history of the car but other than that I have had no issues with it at all. I would recommend.
