I wanted to take the time to leave a glowing review for Auto Seven 7 because of the outstanding service from Kim while buying my Ford Fiesta from her in February. Kim was excellent every step of the way, and she really does deserve top marks for the service. When I called up with a battery issue, Kim was really concerned about it. She told me she would cover the costs, and if I did not want to pay the garage myself and them refund me afterwards, they would pay the invoice for me. It was little things like this that made the experience first-class, and Kim really did go the extra mile for me.

So far, everything has been fantastic! I had been searching for a sporty SUV and had been scrolling through Auto Trader for quite some time. The Audi Q5 at Auto Seven caught my eye because it had the perfect color and specifications—I hadn't found many that ticked all the boxes! Without hesitation, I called up and put a deposit on it right away. To my delight, I was able to collect it the very same day. The three-hour round trip was absolutely worth it.
