I bought a Peugeot 207 cc from Autobarn Sheffield and at first car was could he was a little slow on paying the balance on our old car. 10 days After the purchase the car developed a misfire which being and RAC member they came out diagnosed and fixed the issue. When we got the car it came with a three months warranty and 14 days after the warranty ended the car developed the same fault but highlighted oth more costly problem so I spoke to him just see if we could arrange repairs and share the bill, he refused point blank now won’t take calls emails or sms I am in a position where I can sort this out but others maybe not

I was assured I would be provided with the full service history for the Peugeot 207cc I bought from Autobarn Sheffield. More than 2 months (and numerous emails & phone calls) later, I still haven't received it - all I've been given is a 'Duplicate' warranty and maintenance record which leaves many, many unanswered questions about what has happened to this car previously. Here are the questions I've asked (none of which I consider unreasonable) : 1. Where did YOU get the car from ? 2. Who issued the duplicate service record you sent me, on WHOSE authority, WHEN was it issued - and how can I verify the contents are accurate ? 3. Has the original service history document for the above car been lost ? 4. If the original service history has been lost, then how can you - or I - know it has been serviced at all ? Who is Handsworth Car Sales ? 5. It doesn’t look like the car was ever serviced by a Peugeot main dealer as would be required under the terms of the warranty - why not ?

I've got to say yet again autobarn have done it, they found me the perfect car as I've been searching for a new panda and Julian pulled out all the stops to find the one.

I viewed a car at AutoBarn Sheffield and decided to purchase it. I was assured the car would have a full service before collection, upon picking the car up it was obvious the car hadn't been serviced but the dealer had put a sticker on the engine saying they had. I had the car for a few weeks and it developed a knocking noise, took to the local garage and they informed me it needed circa £400 suspension work and that the dealer was a con artists, obviously I couldn't believe what I was hearing so took it to several other garages. Car I bought was faulty, and when I contacted them I received nasty emails from the staff, would not recommend them.

Autobarn Sheffield had very helpful staff. Not at all pushy and all easy to deal with. Would recommend A+++
