I know the owners of Autocars, and I know so many people that have bought from him, they are just really nice people. My daughter goes to gymnastics over the road and I kept going past seeing really nice cars at a decent price, so I looked online, saw the MG and thought let’s do it. I dealt with the owner Karl and Gary on the day, I also had to take it back because there was a fault and Rob dealt with that, he sorted me a courtesy car, no issues, the whole experience was just really quick!

5* because the staff were very helpful. Despite the salesman obviously being in pain, he still sorted out the radio for me after I had already bought the car. They have a wide choice of vehicles, prices to suit different budgets and information on various warranties available. I would recommend Autocars to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle.

The salesman was very helpful. Not in any way pushy. He did what he said he was going to do and car was ready when he said it would be ready. Overall very happy experience. I would definitely use them again as they were so helpful. Definitely recommend to friends for the future.

My Peugeot is really good, I just need to take the car back to Autocars as a few minor things to be sorted, it was due in last week but we I have had to move to next week. Gary who was was the salesman at Autocars was good, he was nice to deal with. Unfortunately there was a delay in getting the car initially as when I was going to pick it up a engine light came on so they wanted to get this looked into, but I had already got rid of my car so I had to get a hire car which was frustrating, but this got sorted which was good.

We got the Audi Q3 from Autocars and we’re very pleased with it, and the whole process/service. We dealt with Rob who was really helpful, no hard sell or anything, they left us alone to look around and showed us how the car worked ect.

Very friendly and helpful, great communication. I really appreciated that I was offered a lift from the trader to the mail post to change the car ownership. The car was impeccably valeted. I would surely buy there again.

The car is actually for my daughter, but she's studying away at the moment so myself and my husband drive the Hyundai so its not sat still for too long and its really good, so we are happy! During the experience buying the car, Rob was brilliant he was very helpful, clear and just smiley and friendly. I was quite stressed about getting the car, but having dealt with Autocars I didn't actually feel stressed at all, they are very approachable people and really friendly. We bought a warranty through them as well, initially when my husband went with me to see the car, they wrote his details down so the warranty had his name on, but it needed to be in the daughter's name. they were really helpful with that as well, we didn't have to get in touch with the warranty they sorted it out for us straightaway, it was really good!

Everyone at Autocars are really friendly and they had great customer service. I drove past and went in for a look, they was all lovely with me. I dealt with Rob and he was amazing, I’d definitely recommend!
