Rob had a laid-back approach. He was friendly and informative, and I enjoyed his company. Regarding the car, I have been on holiday, so I haven't driven it much, but when I have, it seems to be okay.

This is my second time buying from Autocars, as they did so well the first time. Chris and Karl answered all my questions, and I would go there a third time.

The Kia Sportage is a lovely car to drive, and I was very pleased with Rob. He was helpful and did a great job. I would give it 10 out of 10.

The process was really quick and Chris who I dealt with seemed like a decent lad - he just let us look around in my own time without any pressure which was good. I'd give them 5 stars, I've got nothing bad to say at all.
