I knew exactly what I was looking for and what spec, which was the Audi Q7. I live a good distance from Autolab. I contacted them on the Wednesday and spoke to Zed, who was spot on. I said I wanted full transparency. He sent me over absolutely everything about the vehicle and even spent an hour on FaceTime. When I rocked up to the dealership, first impressions are massive, and you can tell they invest in their appearance. I noticed that one of the door projectors that project the Audi sign wasn't working. He said to order the parts, and they will reimburse me, which they did straight away. 100% recommend!

Zed at Autolab was exemplary. He was very accommodating throughout the experience. He took me for a test drive. I challenged them on the price, and they came back with a good deal for me. They prepped the vehicle very well, even put the number plates on the car for me and delivered it to my house.

Recently bought a Porsche Taycan from Autolab back in May. I wasn't specifically looking for the Porsche. I went to Autolab, as they have some good cars there. I traded my Range Rover in, saw the Porsche, and decided to go for it. I deal with Adam mostly. He was a nice enough bloke, good to deal with. Not had any issues with the car other than a window squeaking when it's raining, which I am going to try and get sorted myself. I'd recommend Autolab every day of the week.

I bought a Land Rover Defender in May. I have been away, so I've only driven it a few times since I got back, but so far so good. Zed was very helpful and was always available on the phone whenever we needed him. We actually purchased the car after viewing it on a video call, so we bought it without seeing it in person. Everything was pointed out to us during the video call, and when the Defender arrived, it was exactly as described.
