The salesman/owner are not reputable and mislead by intent. The so called refundable test drive/reserve fee you will have to fight for and get your credit card company to chargeback (or Section 75) to get the refund. The vehicle was not as described. Don’t waste your time with this company. You have been warned!! Would be no stars if I could

These guys sell death traps, under the false pretense of them being thoroghly assessed and coming with the warranty. However, both the assesment and the warranty are not worth the paper they are printed on. Avoid these scammers like a plaque!

Stay Away! Read in full if you don't want to get burned! Wish I read up all of the reviews before getting involved with these jokers. On 31 October 2020 bought a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze and initiated a return 1.5 weeks later. Despite being described as "no mechanical or electrical faults" the car has a faulty gearbox and burning out and flickering LED's backlights on the dashboard (both confirmed), not working aircon and possibly a blown headgasket. These guys are now trying to wiggle their way out of refunding and I will be taking them to court. Initially (two days after the purchase) I took the car in to give them an opportunity to fix the issues, but they failed to. After I had the gearbox issue diagnosed elsewhere, they reluctantly collected the car with one week delay, which they claimed was due to covid issues at the "collection company". However, on the day of collection it was their own employee collecting the car on their own tow truck, so the "covid issues" at the delivery company were clearly a load of crap. Two weeks after that (and three and a half weeks after the return was initiated) they sent me an email refusing to refund, which was accompanied by a "expert witness report", claiming that the car had no faults. However, the genuinness of the report is really questionable. It was a word document, not even locked from editing. The best part was that they seem to be so incompetent, that they couldn't even delete the metadata from it! Their "report" was a re-edit of another one, which was created in 2018 on a completely different topic. Yeah, sure, truly an "expert witness report". Fairly certain it will not stand in court, but, who am I to judge. The best part is, they openly admitted (IN WRITING!) that prior to the "assesors" visit, they have fixed the dashboard backlights and then had the audacity to say that "no faults were found". I suspect that they tried to fix the gearbox too as their "experts" report also claims that at the start of the test, the car had 67,328 miles which is 14 miles more than when it was collected on a tow truck. What is the point of driving it around before the assesment, if not to check that it no longer had any issues? They even had the nerve to threaten to bill me £20 +VAT per day if the car is not taken back within 7 days! All in all, dodgy bunch. I agree with another reviewer, that they appear to sell preconitioned cars without declaring them as such. I have already reported them to trading standards, will be shortly reporting them to Motor Ombudsman and HMRC and will be taking them to court in 13 days, when the pre-proceeding notice elapses.

Went with my partner to this showroom yesterday as he is looking to buy a new Mercedes and drove from Reading to London to view a car we saw advertised online. Firstly, the customer service could have been much better. The girl on reception in the office showed us the car, plus another similar one and didn’t seem to have much knowledge of the cars at all. She couldn’t even get the engine sizes right for the cars even though it was written down on the sheets of paper for each relevant car. We wanted to do a test drive but we were told that this would not be possible until Wednesday when the full AA inspection plus a full service would be completed on the car. On looking at other negative feedback we now see that they charge a refundable £100 for a test drive with £10 retained as an administration fee. At no point was this mentioned whilst we were there. We decided that we really wanted the car and after trying to negotiate a slightly better deal which they wouldn’t budge from, my partner agreed to pay the full price with the £500 non-refundable deposit for the car to be paid that day, with the plan to return Wednesday, test drive the car and hopefully with no faults, drive it away that day. However, the receptionist/sales lady said we wouldn’t HAVE to pay the £500 deposit as we were a bit uncomfortable paying it without test driving first and she confirmed on more than one occasion after double and triple checking with her, that we had her word for it that she would not let the car be sold to anyone else. Basically, she promised it was ours for Wednesday. Well, today, Tuesday, she has called to say that someone had just received finance on the car and it has been sold to them instead. She seemed not to care AT ALL that she had broken her promise and all she could say was “sorry, there is nothing I can do”. This was a massive disappointment and we have asked for the manager to call back of which surprise, surprise, he hasn’t. This led us to check reviews about this showroom and we’re now thinking we may have had a lucky escape. Avoid this place as the customer service is terrible, they do not keep their promises and have no respect for their customers.

I would 100% recommend Autolink Car Sales for purchasing a car, I brought a Skoda Octavia from them after seeing a listing on Auto Trader. They were the cheapest price for the spec, age and mileage on the car and gave me a fair price on my trade in. When I inspected the car prior to purchase I found a fault with a rear window on the car, adam assured me that once the car was purchased they would repair the window. While it was unfortunately not ready for collection date (due to awaiting parts) they kept their word and repaired the window a couple of weeks later free of charge and ensured everything on the car was fine before I left. All in all, no complaints from me and would have great confidence in them in the future.

DO NOT DEAL WITH AUTOLINK CAR SALES IN LONDON. YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY BEFORE YOU'VE EVEN DRIVEN AWAY WITH A CAR!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP AND HAVE THE KEY THROWN AWAY!! I AM £430 OUT OF POCKET AND HAVE NO CAR!! I traveled from Birmingham to London to view a £16000 Mercedes GL350. I like it, so I booked a full AA inspection (£345), which was carried out within a few days. At this point, I was aware that if anyone came along to buy the car, I would lose the car as I had not paid a £500 deposit. The AA inspection brought up a few serious points. A leaking seal around one injector and the boot not closing on pressing the button. Having spoken with Adam (the 'manager' what a laugh) on many occasions, he assured me these would be rectified once I had paid a £500 deposit to show my intent to buy the car. I paid the deposit immediately. I then chased him for 2 weeks to find out when the work was going to be completed as I wanted the AA re-inspection to be done. Finally, the re-inspection was done yesterday (Monday 1st October) and everything was satisfactory. I called Autolink immediately to tell them I'd be booking my train ticket to collect the car on Tuesday 2nd. Rola (the sales girl who needs a lot of training in customer service) said yes, no problem, see you tomorrow. I booked my train ticket £19. I was just about to transfer the balance for the car and book my car insurance when I received a call. 'Sorry, we've just sold the car to someone else'. What! I've just spent over £400 with the AA to get the car checked out, paid a £500 deposit and called to say I'm coming tomorrow. What part did they not understand in that I was serious and wanted the car? Absolutely despicable behaviour from the lot of them! A bunch of imbeciles! See you in the small claims court the elusive so called director Joseph! No doubt you're going to leave some very rude feedback Autolink, as you've left to your other poor victims' feedback! As a previous victim has said previously...Karma will get you!

hey guys, I did buy a car from here and was really surprised with their service (s) viewed the car twice until I brought it, 2 weeks later, They offered a free 12 month MOT plus new discs and pads :D No issues no faults no problems, they were a little strict with test drives but if you're not serious about buying the car they definitely wont waste time just so you can enjoy a ride around the area.
