My advice is to avoid this delaer at all costs. I paid £500 to reserve a VW EOS which had a stated mileage of 42000. I did a HPI check which reported there was a discrepancey in the mileage and that I should not purchase the vehicle until it was resolved. I contacted the delare who confirmed the mileage was correct. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund of my deposit as the mileage was not as stated. Despite many requests to the dealer I have received no reply. I am now in the process of contacting Ealing Trading Standards as well as making a claim through the Small Claims Court

Not sure why so many people have had a terrible service...I bought an X5 with warranty for 2 years ...had a slight issue with injectors but the warranty sorted no problems ...agree with some of the previous comments...they could be a little more customer friendly...overall ....we were happy...

I rang autolink to enquire about a car told them i had a car would they take trade in they said yes they would drove up from kilkenny to see the car and let thrn see mine and when i walked into the office the man i was speaking to said what have you got i said i told you on the phone nissan micra and he laughed in my face took the keys of his car back out of my hand before i even got to look at it or he looked at mine i said u havent even looked at mine he said i dont need to,and he didnt know that i had cash that day too he was dog ignorant to me and this was in front of other customers he was dealing with at the time might i add,i would not recommend autolink as my experience with them was disgraceful.

went with cash to buy a car = tried a trade-in first but they offered me below bottom book price! when I said I can get more from we buy any car they said 'so sell it to them then!' totally not interested in selling me a car at all. They did say 'first buy the car - then you can test drive it' when I asked for a test drive. Decided to walk away and keep my cash for a dealer who actually wanted to sell me a car! I HAD THE CASH ON ME AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO SELL IT TO ME!

I purchased a vehicle from Autolink Motors in August 2015. The Car was advertised as excellent but it gave me nothing but trouble from the day after I picked it up. Within 3 weeks. My suspicion is that they sell rejected cars and offer you warranty thus making you feel like you are covered but the know issues with the car cannot be fixed with the warranty. I returned the car back in December and thanks to the finance company, I managed to get some of my deposit back. AVOID AT ALL COST. THEIR SHINY CARS ARE NOT WORTH THEY SEEM

I am totally disappointed as I purchased a Honda civic 1.8 I shift from this dealer!I was told I was not allowed to test drive the car as the car comes with 12 months warranty!Trusted the car was good and I purchased it!Not knowing the car had gearbox issues and the suspension was another problem!The Cd player was ruined!I returned the car to the dealer after 2 days only for them to tell me the car had no issues but it's me who don't know how to drive!I left the car for them as I was told they would have to do their own check!Came back after 3 days to pick it up as I needed to use the car after been advised they have fixed it!Drove the car and was still the same!Took the car to my mechanic who told me the car in the first place was a rip off as Honda with that age and mileage are sold for 2500 which they sold me for 4190!Please I would advise not to go to dealer let alone buy a car from them!!Avoid avoid avoid and AVOID................!!!!!!!!

Felt like an intruder during the viewing. The salesperson didn't seem to be interested in selling anything. I was going to ask for a test drive as I liked the car but I was kind of scared and left Autolink Motors at that point.
