I won my court case against Automart direct cars in Doncaster. I was sold a car that showed signs of power failure within 2 miles of leaving dealership. Car returned within 18 hrs. I claimed my statutory right to return the defective car. 11 months and a blocked drive later I won a full award for compensation. They thought they could sell me a sub standard car and get away with it. Be careful.
I part exchanged my car with Automart Direct Cars Doncaster. Took the car I got from them and within a week I had to pay £350 for repairs looked up the mot history and it said it had failed that month but on the advertisement it said it had mot and they never told me anything about this I all the car has cost me another £600 to get sorted so please make sure you check everything before buying from Automart.
Very helpful, did us a good deal and we're happy. Read a negative review but still came over to view, always two sides to a story and was happy on their explanation, a phone call and deposit to us saves a car! Would recommend these guys and be happy for folks to email me to confirm!
I DIDNT BUY FORM THESE GUYS HOWEVER I DID LEAVE A HOLDING DEPOSIT AND WAS PROMPTLY TEXTED A RECEIPT TO SAY SHOW IT WAS REFUNDABLE. THE FAMILY DECIDED THAT THE OLOUR WAS WRONG AND ALL IT TOOK WAS A QUICK CALL AND THEY PROMPTLY REFUNDED THE MONEY NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Sold faulty car, attitude problem with staff. Took cash and car fell to bits but refused refund. Never ever ever buy from this firm they are deceived me and were clever about it! They have false advertised on the vehicle and denied all knowledge. Poor customer service, poor company, wants shutting down if you want my opinion!
Absolute jokje, 2 bits of concern, drove 100 mile trip to test drive car, only to be told its sold! Alarm bells rang when a cuustomer told me car online was false to description, blatant lie, in a way a relief that car had gone, should go to reputable honest dealer, my fault but you live and learn thank god i did not part with my money with these, buyers please beware you might be stung, not a nice day i have leant a good lesson, so thanks Automart for that at least free coffee doesn't cut it really, watchdog have a look and trading standards.
Automart Direct are a good company, very straightforward with no messing around. I was in and out within the hour, they had everything sorted and ready to go, more than happy.

Only back in March I went out to look to buy a new car. This is when I came across Automart Direct Cars in Doncaster who in all fairness delivered a spot on service to me which is why I have given top marks for every question in this review. I'd be comfortable to recommend Automart Direct Cars to anyone who is on the lookout for a new car.
