The car and the customer service were both okay.

Matt was amazing, from showing me around the car right up until completing the purchase. The Kia Ceed has been really good, I haven’t had any issues and have been enjoying driving it.

I have only done a small amount of driving so far, but it all seems okay. The service was good. The only criticism is that I am still waiting for my V5 and spare key, so I would give it three stars.

bought a car on the 17th September and was told they would send off the log book which would take 2 weeks and gave me the new keeper slip. When I got home I tried to tax the vehicle but it said the 12 digit number was invalid. Waited 2 weeks and no Log book. Contacted automatic motors who basically just told me I need to go to the post office and pay £25 for a new one. Nice one for the help 👍

My new BMW 3 Series is showing no signs of issues and is driving brilliantly. When I was viewing the car, Matt was very helpful. He helped me sort the tax for the car and made the process go very quickly.

Overall, I am happy with the service. I had a few issues after the purchase that needed to be repaired, but they helped me with that, so the aftersales service was good. The only thing I would have hoped for is for the MOT to be done earlier so I could collect the car sooner.

I am waiting on a new door handle as mine is not functioning. Other than that I would rate 5. Due to your service & communications.

Matt was the salesman who helped me through the process, and I was impressed with his service. He has also been helping me with aftersales to solve a minor issue, so I would 100% give full marks and highly recommend him.
