Sahill has been great, he looked after us. There is one issue with the car, as there is a noise coming from the front wheel. I’m waiting for the car to be booked in and diagnosed. Other than that, the VW Passat has been getting on well.

The Jag E-Pace is great! I’ve just messaged the guys regarding the transfer of registration, as it has not been completed. Other than that, everything has been good, the sales process was very straightforward.

I did have some issues initially, although automatic motors were helpful in getting these resolved. The person I was dealing with was easy to communicate with. I would give my experience a 4 star rating.

Definitely recommend automatic motors. They sent me a video walking around the car and then brought the vehicle to me and said, 'Take it for a spin, and if you don't like it, we will take it back.' You can't ask for any more than that. It was a great easy experience.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from this dealership to think carefully. I purchased a vehicle with an in-house warranty, but when a fault developed shortly afterwards, my experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than resolving the issue as I expected under the warranty, I was presented with a significant repair bill that I dispute. To make matters worse, after I declined to pay for the repairs, the dealership began demanding storage charges for keeping the vehicle, despite me never agreeing to any storage terms or signing anything that authorised these charges. They have since informed me that the daily storage fee will increase while the dispute remains unresolved. The communication has left me feeling pressured rather than supported as a customer. Instead of working towards a fair resolution, the focus appears to have been on demanding payment and increasing costs. This has been an incredibly stressful experience, and based on my own dealings with the dealership, I would not purchase another vehicle from them or recommend them to others. I hope the dealership takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and works to resolve disputes fairly and reasonably.

The Ford Kuga is a lovely car and very different to the Skoda Fabia I had previously. In regard to the experience at the dealership, everything was fine except I was messaging back and forth and was told I'd get 2 keys and only got one in the end. Although I would still recommend the dealership to others,

So far so good, nothing to complain about! To be fair, I think the guy that I was dealing with, can't remember what his name, but he was very good, that's the one for the bonus point for me. I had been looking at a couple, but he was very nice and very good, so that's the one made me want to purchase from Automatic Motors, his Sort of mannerism, professionalism and flexibility was what really stood out to me. There was one thing with the Porsche that they didn't get sorted before I took it, so they were happy to arrange this to be sorted but when they raised the date I couldn't bring it at that point, so they actually came to my workplace and picked it up, left me with a courtesy car which was quite nice. If I need another car in the future I would go back!

The BMW is all good with no issues, the customer service from Automatic was very good too. I would say a five star rating and would definitely recommended to others.
