Automatic Motors is where I purchased my Ssangyong last month, and I have to say that working with Noori was excellent. Noori was incredibly helpful, and he gave me all the information I required. I adore my new car; she is a little gem.

When we went to Automatic Motors, we were having a look at a few different cars as we weren't set on what we wanted. They weren't pushy in the slightest and gave us the time to go away and think about it without pressuring us to make a decision. We decided to go with the Ford Focus, it needed a couple of bits tidying up with it but they were more than happy to get those sorted. It was all sorted quite quickly from there really. They made us comfortable while we were waiting and even let me charge my phone in the office which was good of them. Even though I was going into it a bit disappointed as my last car got written off, these guys made it a really nice experience. I really love the Ford Focus too, it is just perfect. I have put a few scratches on it since I got it but that is a weekend project for my husband and I to T-cut them out.

I saw these guys online as they had the specific car I was looking for. I checked out their reviews and I was happy with what I read as I know nobody is perfect anyway. Overall I had a good experience with them. They were friendly and welcoming and gave me time to have a good look at the car. I didn't bother with a test drive as I could tell they were trustworthy guys and would sort me out if I had any issues. They have lived up to that too and have sorted any issues either themselves or have paid for the work to be done elsewhere. My Honda Accord has been running lovely since too!

When I was looking for my Citroen C3 I was looking for the best value for money and Automatic Motors were the best by far. I went to have a look and they were nice and welcoming. They made sure I got everything I needed and even let my husband take it out for a test drive as he is better at listening out for any problems than I am. It was all good though and Noori was fantastic with his customer service. We took it away that day and it was lovely. An air bag message did come up but I am sure it is fine or an easy fix anyway. I just love driving it now!

When I went to look at a Nissan Qashqai, they were very welcoming from the second I arrived. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful with everything. It was getting late when I was there but they still offered me a test drive. I decided not to take it out just because I didn't want to hit traffic but I was happy with what I was seeing anyway. I really like the car very much and I am very very happy with it. I absolutely had a 5 star experience!

My Ford Fiesta is very good, I have been driving it quite a bit and gave it a good go and it runs ok. The only thing is the tyre pressure sensor needs to be reset but the tyres are fine so it isn't an issue. The customer service when I was buying it was good and they got me everything I needed and out on a test drive to make sure I was happy with the car. I would certainly use them again as I had a good overall experience with them.

My Nissan Juke is lovely, I am really enjoying driving her, she has been brilliant. I did have an issue with the fuel injector but Automatic Motors collected it for me and took it to be fixed and it was ready for me the next day which was amazing. I am more than happy with all the work they do and they did an amazing job cleaning it before I collected it. When I initially viewed it, it had been there a while so it was looking a bit old and dusty but it was like a whole new car after they had finished with it. They really have gone above and beyond for me and are so polite and nice. They made me feel very comfortable and the even the price negotiation was brilliant. They were just kind and understanding all the way through which made them really stand out for me as one of the good ones.

My husband has worked in the motor trade for a long time so he knows his stuff and even he has said he has never seen it be so efficient. It was the best experience we have had in a long time. I hadn't driven in a few years so I was feeling a bit rusty but they were very understanding. Sam was really sweet too. He was very informative and did everything for us like the tax and everything so we could just drive away without having to worry about a thing. It was so quick and efficient, I couldn't believe how well organised it was. We had a look around and took a Mercedes-Benz SLK out for a test drive. I only went up and down the road as I was feeling a bit rusty but my husband gave it a run too and said it all seemed to be good. They didn't pressure us at all and were just brilliant. We came back to collect it and it was even ready for us when we got there. You would think we were buying an Aston Martin or Ferrari with how well we were treated. I felt so posh driving off in my Mercedes too, it is so smooth. I am just loving it! It was the best reintroduction to driving for sure.

Overall the experience was good. They gave me the vibe of all being a family which made it a pleasurable experience. Things were a bit disorganised at times with the paperwork but I can forgive that because of how nice they were and we got there in the end.

I bought my Volkswagen Scirocco from these guys and they were so friendly all the way through. I was more than happy with everything from the clean and professional looking dealership through to the service I received when buying the car. That has continued after the sale too as they have had it back in to get a fault sorted but they just got it in really quickly and were happy to help with it.
