When I bought my Peugeot Partner it was all very straightforward. I didn't go through the finance as I was paying cash but they still took the time to explain everything to me. They were friendly and welcoming and it was all very nicely done.

Fawaz was a pleasure to deal with. He was easy-going, talkative, and explained everything about the BMW, which I had not experienced before. On the test drive, he explained about sports mode, which I wasn't aware of either. He seemed to know his stuff.

I recently visited Automatic Motors to look at a VW Polo, and I couldn't have been more impressed with their hospitality and service. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome. As I browsed the car, they brought out a refreshing plate of watermelon and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The team at Automatic Motors went the extra mile to ensure the car was in top condition. They gave it a thorough clean and even provided a 12-month MOT, giving me complete peace of mind. They not only offer great cars but also an awesome service that makes you feel valued as a customer.

It would be very rude of me not to score Automatic Motors 5 out of 5. The sales staff moved heaven and earth during and after the sale. There was a little niggle with my Hyundai when I first bought it, but when I made Automatic Motors aware of this, they could not be more apologetic and they were on the ball to get this fixed for me. My car has been running flawlessly since, thank you!

The team was really cool. I've never used this dealership before, but I'm glad that I found them online. The person who dealt with me—I cannot remember his name now, sorry—was kind, polite, and courteous. He was everything that you could ask for, and he never pushed me into the sale. Being allowed the time that I needed to decide what I wanted to do moving forward with things was the reason I bought my car from this dealership rather than going elsewhere.
