Shoutout to these guys for the new Citroen. Loving it so far, and everything has been running smoothly. When going to see the car, luckily the car matched up with the online pictures, so there were no hidden surprises. They talked me through everything and answered any questions I had.

I had first brought a merc but I wasn't a fan of it, and wanted something different. The guys at automatic motors were incredibly understanding and changed it for me. they went through everything, and give me a fair deal. And now I am very happy with my new car.

The car has been brilliant, and I’ve been thoroughly enjoying it. Unfortunately, the turbo went out at one point, but I brought it back in, and the team replaced it without any issues. Everything has been sorted, and the car is running great again.
The customer service was exceptional. I was pretty stressed when the issue occurred, but the staff were incredibly reassuring and friendly. They were more than happy to help and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Their calm and professional approach really stood out, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. It felt like I built a great rapport with them, which helped keep me calm.
The staff truly knew what they were doing, and I’ve already recommended the dealership to a few friends based on my experience. I would definitely return in the future.

The customer service was outstanding, thanks to Reyaz. He was incredibly helpful and just great all around—really pleasant to deal with. We felt lucky to have him guide us through the process. He was clear, honest, and made everything easy. We took a few test drives to get a feel for how the car handles, especially focusing on the steering and comfort of the seating, which ultimately sealed the deal for us. There was no rush or pressure at any point, which made the experience even better. Reyaz answered all our questions thoroughly before we left and even offered us a discount for any future purchases. We left feeling confident in our decision.
