Arrived from Norwich at 12-00 and after signing paperwork out of the office by 12-15. Great service polite eager to help. The one downside was i got into the van drove off and discovered i had no Fuel and not knowing the area started to panic. I did make it to a fuel station but it was close, not good for the engine. This has taught me a lesson to check in future and yes i would buy another van from them. Great service from Autopark UK and they kept me informed all the way until van was ready for collection.

I’d be very careful if you are thinking of buying a car from Autopark UK I got sold a car which had a fault with the turbo took it to the garage 5 times to which I have proof still from over a year ago they weren’t interested all they said was call black star I turned up one day and Demi who sold me the car disappeard I had to stop paying for the car for it to stop the nightmare and the manager Jim was no help I left the car at the dealership and he threatened to charge me £1.50 a day storage fee a year later and I still have phone calls for outstanding finance for a car tht shouldn’t have been sold to say I’d never go again be warned if anyone else has had problems email me robbie5307@hotmail.com And they have blocked me from leaving a review on there main site to which I’ll find a way round so I can warn others x

Part exchanged a car with Autopark UK 3 days ago and they offered me a poor price for my car but that's not my issue when coming to collect the new car they gave me it had a warning light on the dashboard for low tyre pressure and i didn't realise what it was until i was at the garage and noticed the tyre was looking flat and had a yellow crayon circle with a arrow pointing to the tread on the tyre which made me think it must of had a puncture and at some point so i put air in it and thought nothing of it until i got home and felt around the tyre to find a nail in the tyre where the yellow marking was now it got me thinking they gave me the car with 12 months mot and zero advisories so surely that should of been noticed in a mot and failed but more to the point my locking wheel nut wasn't where it was supposed to be it was in passenger side door which makes me think they knew about the nail in the tyre which then took the wheel off replaced it with a different wheel from another car off the forecourt to get through the mot and swapped it back as they didn't want to pay to fix it or replace it they clearly don't care about customers and just profits cars poorly prepped and don't undergo any inspection at what ever price there cars are and my arm rest was broken and bodged with silicone to hold in place

cant recommend enough dont listen to the bad press on this review site. having been looking for the right car for a while and visited many a dealership, autopark were superb especially sales exec Niall Simpson he made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. having been In around cars for most of my life I new I found a gem in Simpson. if you want some one you can trust and give the best advice for you and not for their own pockets go and see Simpson
