I bought a BMW 1 Series from Gino in June. I've called him on a couple of occasions since (as I'm not mechanically minded) and he's always been more than happy to help. More recently he has gone above and beyond to help me with an issue which fortunately turned out not to be an issue, and in actual fact I've wasted his valuable time and resources (for which I am very sorry), but he was so lovely to me throughout and he didn't bill me for the bits he did kindly complete. His after sales/customer service really is fantastic! I would highly recommend him and will definitely go back when I'm in the market for a new BMW.

Don’t buy from Autopoint UK, faulty cars, Rude little man.
Bought a BMW from this dealer in July 2019 (RE61FPC). Bought through finance. Oil leak in engine returned it twice but not fixed. Car rejected through finance. On returning car to dealer he Say I caused damage which was untrue . After his lack of proof he accused me of tinting the car windows which a caused a problem again this was untrue. Tried to keep majority of my deposit. Be vigilant take photos of any car you buy and be through in your investigations especially with the car mentioned above. I will not Score him anything other than minus 5 stars !!
I'm based in Devon and had very specific requirements trying to find the right 325i with the right specifications, colour and mileage. I was lucky to find one with Autopoint UK based in Nottingham and then contacted Gino to talk through the details. I was pleased to hear that the car had been serviced by themselves, any little niggles had been sorted out and that the car had been HPI checked too. Basically, the car was in tip-top condition. When I arrived to pick the car up, I could not have been more pleased. The car was awesome and Gino was extremely helpful and courteous, with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. I have owned the car for nearly a month and love the car. I would happily recommend Gino and Autopoint UK to any other person looking for first-class products with a first-class service.
