Where to start ? My daughter just bought her first car from these people a nissan leaf! It came charged so she excited went out in It locally we'll she managed 31 miles and it's was flat blinking light empty.well she didn't want the car not fit for anyone ! Since them we messaged rang emailed over and over to return the car but were ignored !eventually I received a call and a nasty call from a Steve telling me off over the phone for calling and emailing to much !he also said he would contact the loan Company and cancel the car .he lied and did nothing. I since emailed over and over trying to get any reply from the dealership but nothing! The finance company contacted the dealership for us but again no reply to them !my daughter is so upset I'm angry .this autopoint york are ignoring usance the nissan leaf is sat in our yard doing nothing it's unusable .this is the worst car dealership I have ever known.please if your reading this believe it do not buy a car from them .they will be reported.

bought a bmw x5 4.8Is. £8500, the most expensive in the country, their advery says cars are the best, whatever is needed is done. car delivered to me. day 1, air bag light on, screen washer bottle just bursts. car was very smelly, and not clean. (not a big deal, but this was not a £2k banger from gumtree) day 10 of ownership serpentine belt systems fails day 10 discover car has no oil. car was delivered freshly serviced with the heads having been off to replace gaskets. where they conveniently missed the fact that the valve stem oil seals have failed. day 22 coil packs fail. Day 60 something all coil packs fail day 61 air suspension fails. can unusable. sits outside out house hasnt moved in months. as its dangerous to drive essentially car not fit to be sold, not fit for purpose. i raise issues. i get a legal letter within minutes. do not buy anything here! please. save the heartache we are going through, as presently suing via finance company and consumer credit act for return of monies. save hassle go buy from a proper dealer, arthur daley springs to mind

Just purchased a beautiful Mercedes A Class from Autopoint York. Steve the Manager although new to the business was very friendly and incredibly helpful, making the process easy from the first phone call to driving away. I have to say the car was better than expected and we were thoroughly made up with it. I wish Steve and his team all the best. Keep up the good work.

Purchased a vehicle from Autopoint York and the vehicle broke down. They did try to repair it, but failed and then i took it to an independent garage to be inspected where they found several serious faults with the vehicle due to Autopoint carrying out poor workmanship. Autopoint had their own independent review done which stated the car wasn't in a good condition and shouldn't have been given an MOT. I have tried to reject the vehicle but Autopoint are now refusing to accept the vehicle back under my consumer rights and I have had to take legal action to which they are still currently denying fault despite their own report stating they are at fault.

I bought a 2014 Astra GTC VXR end of December 2020 and didn't receive until end of January 2021, Independant RAC Inspection just done! Hardly any Compression Cylinder 2, Smoking and Eating Engine Oil, Clutch on last legs, Gearbox Worn to Excess! Air Conditioning Inop! Drivers Side Sill Damaged, Bent Front Offside Alloy! Bald Tyre Near side Front ( One week after Dodgy Mot ) Car Serviced before delivery! What Service? Oil Filter Collapsed! Oil looked as if it had never been changed! 57,000 miles? Timing Chain Rattling! I rang Steven at Autopoint and didn't want to know fullstop! I have Video proof and Images of all this shit on this 2014 pile! BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS! OR YOU WILL BE STUNG!

Have been wanting to upgrade my Mercedes SLK for a while. Saw one advertised by autopoint that ticked all the boxes. Contacted them and asked if I could come and see it. Covid has messed a lot of normal things up, I couldn't. Instead I got a full walk around video. In return I did the same with mine for which I got a fair trade price. In short my new car is nothing less then advertised and described. Bit of a delay in getting a full mot with no advisories but that's what I have. Fantastic car with no immediate worries.
