Good and friendly experience

The Audi RS6 was fantastic it's exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was generally good and friendly to deal with, but didn't feel very organised at times.

Nice and easy to deal with, genuine people and no sales pressure. Kez was personable all way through the sale and introduced us to his brother and son. Cars been great and was exactly as shown in the pictures

So far, the Golf R is doing well — I’ve put around 1,000 miles on it and it’s been a solid. Really enjoying the drive. Customer service was decent. You could tell they were busy, but to be fair, they handled everything well and I had no real issues.

Everything with my Nissan has been all good at the moment and I'm happy with it. I'm just waiting for the V5 to arrive. Great customer service from the team at Autoprestige, there was no pressure at all while I was at the dealership.

The car has done an unbelievable amount of miles and I've had no issues with it at all - It's been a good little car so far. The staff were really friendly - they told me it was going to be ready on a certain day which was looking doubtful at one point - but then they called me and said it would definitely be ready which was great.

The guys are great, no problems really. The car has been alright so far - I'm enjoying it. I bought it whilst I was on holiday, they were good lads to deal with, they even hung about after hours and the car was ready to go when I got there. I did struggle to contact them a couple of times but I'm not deducting a star for that. I'd give them 5 stars.

I arrived at the dealer, arranged a test drive and then bought it on the spot - it was a quick transaction. The guy was really friendly, he obviously had a love of cars because he really was passionate. One thing they could have improved was the waiting around on handover - I was waiting an hour or 2 for them to do the MOT, this could have been done before I got there. They were nice guys though, it was good experience

My husband found them online on Autotrader because we were looking for a specific Porsche - we found one at Autoprestige and they didn't disappoint. It was a great experience and we'll definitely go back when we need another car in the future.
