Brought car a A5 from Autos North West only had it 2 months needed a new Battery and coolant leaking oh and never was sent my 6 Months AA warranty! I came all the way from Northern Ireland for it, Looking for car to be fixed ! Sent emails, chat, made countless phone calls no answer. Not happy with Auto North West at all.

I picked up my car from Autos North West in at the start of Feb, really happy with it and the customer service was good also. I had to travel by train to get there, and I was picked up from the train station making it a stress free experience.
Excellent service friendly staff with in depth knowledge, we would certainly recommend Autos North West.
I git my Vauxhall insignia from here a few months back. The car was clean and in good condition and up I haven't had any issues with it but the car did not match its description. There were a few things that were mentioned in the add that the car did not come with but other than that I have no complaints. I would recommend them as the car is still really good value for money.

Really happy with everything! I bought a Vauxhall Insignia a few months ago and the only issue I have had is with the audio system but other than that it's been great and the dealers have offered to help with the audio issue I just haven't had time to drive back to them The car is really good value for money and was really nice and clean. I would definitely recommend.
