Had the vehicle I bought from Autotrade Birmingham for 4 months no log book, taking the fucking p, go in and ask ‘we forgot to send it off’ absolute tools waste of space.

Purchased 3 year old vehicle from Autotrade Birmingham, more problems than anything. Too many problems and issues with vehicle to list on here. Do not buy from this garage

I visited Autotrade in Birmingham to view a nice Mercedes estate found one in excellent order well presented and nothing was to much trouble to get it out to have a test drive nice bunch of lads no high pressure to buy but liked the car and agreed a price for my car. Thanks.
Purchased car and a £200 warranty various issues some were dealt with some l had to pay towards. Shocks and Wheel bearings not covered with the ABSOLUTLY EVERYTHING COVERED WARRANTY. now need to spend £ 7/800 to keep the car sweet WISH I HAD USED THE WARRANTY MONEY TO HAVE THE CAR INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDANT. A truly regrettable forgettable experience with Autotrade Birmingham.

I went to autotrade birmingham to buy a new car and the service I receive was excellent!! All staff there were very helpful and polite and were very supportive with me being a car! Would definitely recommend to go here.
The service i received when i purchased my hyundai i10 on Tuesday 4th July was outstanding they could not be more efficient and professional i would recommend them to anyone and i would certainly go back in the future without a doubt.

Absolutely terrible experience at Autotrade Birmingham! Bought the car after being told it had a service. Same day when I got the car home the 'coolant low' light came on and car overheated. Went back the next day after topping it up myself and telling them that the tank is rusty to be told it should be fine, the coolant may have just been missed. Next week the same light came on again Rang up to be told bring it down we will have a look. Got there and was told to book it in for tomorrow (wasted car journey) Took the car in and as I was driving it in the 'Low Battery' signal appeared on the display. Told one of their workers this and he told me he would tell the mechanic. Adding to this the brakes had started screeching so asked for this to be sorted too. picked the car up after their mechanic looked at it to be told there was a crack on the tank and they replaced it (dont know how this wasnt spotted the first time!) they told me they had sorted the battery and the brakes. After driving it home the brakes were still screeching and to add to this the next week the low battery light came on again. I rang the garage on a tuesday and told them the low battery signal was on again. Nigel told me to call James on friday to book it in for saturday. By the friday I was driving it to and from work meetings and the car wouldnt start. I had to call the AA to jump start the car and drive it back to the garage. AA wanted £109 for a new battery but this is the garages place to pay as I had the car three weeks. Took it back and they did replace the battery. After questioned why this wasnt sorted when previously bought in they said 'it doesnt work like that'. Was offered no compensation for the fuel I have used driving the car too and from the garage and my time missing important work meetings due to a break down and the total inconvenience they had caused me. I actually asked for some type of compensation such as extended warranty and was refused. Totally disgusted and really upset. The guys just kept trying to calm the situation by cracking jokes but its just not fair. I got upset whilst at the garage to be told 'its ok nobody died' Do not use!!! They all talk the talk there and are too cocky.

If clients approach us with an issue we strive to address it as quickly as possible in order to minimise inconvenience and frustration. Fault finding and rectification on a used car is not always an exact science and sometimes replication of a fault is not possible at time of diagnosis.That said, we try our best to rectify first time every time. My dealing with AutoTrade Birmingham started well, but then the guy who was looking at the vehicle I wanted to part ex tried to tell me there was something wrong with my vehicle and then proceeded to try and offer me next to nothing for my vehicle. He clearly knew nothing about what he was talking about and enjoyed trying to make me look stupid! If you want to part ex your vehicle DO NOT go to this dealer!
