One thing that stands out with this dealer is the fact they offer the years warranty which gives you complete piece of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong with the car your covered for 12 months. I am 100% in love with the Ford Fiesta, it is such a beautiful car. It was so clean and tidy on the day of the handover, and drove like an absolute dream. Chris were so friendly and helpful, he did absolutely everything for me, it was such an easy buy, I will definitely be visiting here again!

Chris was fantastic a very genuine man, my husband came with me and he can be critical sometimes and picky with certain things, not in a negative way but does not like to see me not been treated very well. Chris was amazing and even my husband was impressed with him and that takes some doing as he is in to the much finer detail. He just found that Chris was very professional, very fair and you don't very often get this with used car dealers they can sometimes be a little bit shady, he is not like that at all, he was a really nice guy. What total impressed us is after 6000 miles or 6 months they have the car back and check it all over and make sure everything is running fine with it and do an oil change which to me is amazing. This will be our main dealer for all of our purchases from now on, I cannot see us going to anyone else.

At all stages throughout the sale Chris and Graham were superb, right up until me driving away in my new Citroen they were faultless, I am so glad that I chose to buy this car, I'm extremely impressed with it and it runs like a dream. They let me view the car in my own time without watching over me, like a hound dog. I have no criticism to pick with the team they were fantastic from the get go. Chris was such a nice guy when I was going through the buying transaction of purchasing my Seat Ibiza from Autoworld, so helpful and friendly. I went to view the car and I was happy with everything but it was a two hour drive for me so I did not want to go back again to collect the car so they even went out of their way to arrange for this to get delivered to my doorstep and matched the price of any other delivery company which I found online. Such a great service from here. Well done guys, you made me a very happy customer by doing this for me and going the extra mile. For a 10 plate Corsa, the car has been doing brilliantly! We have done quite a few miles actually, we have been up to Middlesbrough and back and it didn't put a foot wrong! As for Chris and Graham they were both incredible, I couldn't fault them. They were really helpful, really knowledgeable and just really nice people in general to deal with. I would pass on my recommendations to anyone, I think they are such a lovely dealership.

Oh I absolutely love my car, she is absolutely gorgeous. My previous car was another small car, however the VW UP drives so much nicer, so I would say it is a nice upgrade for me! Chris was brilliant, he couldn't do enough for me, he was very very good!
