I've been in the motor trade for a very long time, so I know what to expect from a dealership/ the salesman who runs it, and I have to say they are always professional. Which is the reason why I come back for my MOT's & services. As for the car, it runs as I expect it to.

My Ford Fiesta has been brilliant! I love it, and it's such an upgrade from my previous car. I had my eye on the Fiesta for a while, so I started to save up the difference for when I part exchanged mine in. This, however, was cut short due to some idiot (to put it politely) going into the back of me, resulting in the car being a write-off, which was annoying, but I managed to get the car sooner. Since I've had it, it's been on a long trip to Wales, and I'm happy with it. I wanted to put some skirts on the car, but the trip has made me question what upgrades I want because of the road conditions. I've gotten all my cars from here, and I will continue to be a returning customer.

I've not really driven my car much since I got it in January; I think I've put around 100 miles on it. The car was only ever needed for the convenience of picking up the grandkids, etc. It was actually my first time visiting here, and I was extremely happy with my experience. Everything was ready when I was told it would be, there was no hard sell, and it was just a really relaxed process. I went for the new model of the Vauxhall Astra because I had one previously, which I really enjoyed before it was written off. My other half will be looking for a car soon, so we will 100% be looking at getting another car from here.

I'm very local to this dealership, so I knew that they had a very good reputation. Naturally when It came to getting a new car, I was interested to see what they had in stock. As a woman, it can be horrible when visiting a dealership, but from the moment I arrived, I thought that Chris and Graham treated me with the up most of respect and didn't speak down to me, which really made me feel at ease. I went for the Fiat 500 and I've put a lot of miles on it since I got it back in January. I've done mostly short trips to my friends, but I have done the odd long trips on the motor way and the car has been amazing! I had a few teething problems just after the purchase of the car, but both Chris and Graham were very apologetic, and they were quick to get the issues resolved (which you don't get with most dealerships). To this day, I know if I called them up, they would pick up the phone. I'm very very happy and I would 100% come back here for future cars.
