I would just like to thank for being so incredibly helpful during the time I spent down at the dealership. Brilliant brilliant gentlemen. You did everything you possibly could for me and I can not thank you guys enough. The Motor is running beautifully and I am very much loving driving it.

From the moment I called up Chris was brilliant I have put 1000 miles on the car and it has been nothing but great. The customer service was out of this world, I need the car for my Uber during and I needed really specific things of when I bought the car, certain insurance ect and from start to finish Chris was so patient, helpful and understanding. I was slightly worried about this but I was reassured that I wasn't taking time up or I didn't feel like I was bothering him in the slightest. I would rate anything other than 5 stars.

We got the Nissan Micra because I can drive it as it is smaller than our old car which was a Mazda 323, the Nissan was lovely and it still is. I loved the customer service I think it was great and my husband says it was fantastic, the staff were very nice chaps, very kind and good at taking care of us. We would love to rate tip top marks.

5 stars is fair for these guys

I have been dealing with these guy for about 15 years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. It been a great run with the Audi A3 so far. These guys are great and I would recommend anyone to come here to purchase a new car from AutoWorld Faversham. Very reliable and trustworthy for sure!

I am loving the Peugeot 108 that I purchased, I delt with both for the chaps down at the dealership and they are great. I would use again and pass on recommendations to anyone that was looking for a 4 wheels. I am very impressed with the experience and I would rate them 10/10. Lovely gentleman that are happy to help with anything.

When ever I have the chance to get down to Autoworld to see the two brilliant brother's that work well together I do, I will always choose these chaps over anybody. The brother's work so well as a team and its' such lovey family business, they seem to support each other and it's so refreshing to see! The chaps are very honest and very upfront and certainly amazing at what they do, not a shadow of a doubt about that! Nothing but 5 stars! p.s. The Nissan Qashqai is driving perfectly.

If I am being honest, this is one of the best dealership I have even been to in my entire life. We purchased the first car for my daughter and we waited a year, came back swapped it and paid the difference. My daughter who doesn't have any experience in buying cars and doesn't know much about cars insisted we came back to AutoWorld Favasham, now that says a lot. This was because she felt so extremely comfy and very welcome down at the dealership. The brothers that run it are just incredible at their job and deserve every star I am going to rate them. 5 stars is to low these guys need more like 10 stars! The Corsa we purchased in May is driving beautifully and I am over the moon and so is my daughter !

The Honda Jazz we purchased is driving great, I am still learning so my partner drives it a lot more than me so for now I am just being passenger princess! The car is lovely and I'm so glad we went with the car they had in stock. The customer care was brilliant, they looked after us so well and really spent a long time trying find the car we wanted!
