It was actually a nice change to go to a car dealership and not have a salesman watching over me every second. It was not like the classic second hand car dealer with the hard sales tactics that they like to use, it was a laid back and relaxed atmosphere. I'd recommend to family and friends and shop with these again when I feel like changing my car to something different.

The Ford I bought from Autoworld Faversham is smashing, we went to Somerset in it recently and it certainly did the job that we need it to do. Chris and Graham were great chaps to deal with whilst purchasing our new car, both of them were very friendly guys and so helpful. I would return here when we require a new car and I would highly recommend.

I bought my last car from here which was a Honda Coupe and it was a lovely car and so reliable. The service from Chris was first class so it prompted me to go back to him when I needed to get a new car. I went to have a look at the wide selection of cars they had available when I came across the Insignia and instantly fell in love with it. Really pleased indeed to have chosen this car, it is in mint condition and lovely and clean. I had someone ask me where I bought it from not long after the purchase and they told me that they had bought a few cars from here also, good to see them getting repeat business and I can certainly see why that would be 😉

I've been totally happy with my new Fiat, the service was first class from this garage, welcoming, pleasant guys that have a great knowledge about the cars that they sell and who take great pride to make sure they deliver a tremendous service to their customers.

I am very happy with the Citroen, it is great fun to drive and it tows the caravan with no trouble at all.

I was dealing with Graham and Chris at the Autoworld from start to finish they were well and truly great with me. The customer service was marvelous and even though I have had a few slight issues with the car which is nothing major they are getting that sorted for me as we speak, everything's been brilliant. Delighted with everything that they have done for me and I am fully satisfied with the Kia I bought from here. I did not even look at any other car because I instantly fell in love with this one.

Utterly brilliant service, having been to a couple of bigger dealers as a women on her own they were so patronising, Graham and Chris on the other hand were just fabulous, I cannot fault them for making it so easy, explaining everything so I understood it, I'm no mechanical genius by any shape or form but they were just really good and it was a pleasant experience. I have already recommended these to a couple of people and I would most certainly go back there myself. If I could give them 10 out of 5 I would do.
