I can not thank autozone enough. I bought my car having been refused credit else where. The staff are friendly and helpful, having had a slight problem with my car i also got the chance to meet the aftersales team who where happy to help and sorted my problem while i waited. I would highly recommend autozone and would be more than happy to deal with them again.

Avoid autozone uk ltd, sold me a problem car, had various people contact me after they readmy review on their facebook page repair garage useless. car been with them 2.5 weeks and still not repair seeking legal advice to get my money back.

just to update got my car back today and five minutes later car gores into limp mode and esp fault got told by an autozone driver that it was the way i drove my car what a joke car now back with them awaiting a response from them but think going to ask for my money back and refund of payments and deposit

I bought a ford fiesta from these people a few months back, nothing but problems ever since, they advertise that every vehicle is serviced, no way !!! The vehicle has had nothing but problems, the brakes were failing, the gearbox was crunching, oil was leaking from under the car, I moved from Wakefield shortly after purchasing the vehicle, back down to Cornwall where I am from, they never return any calls, i asked them if they could cancel the agreement just 29 days after purchasing the vehicle, they said "Under No Circumstances Would they Cancel", I approached the finance company only to be told it could be cancelled if the Sales Company agreed, they did not, so now I have ended up paying the same again as the value of the purchase price !! STAY AWAY FROM AUTOZONE !!! BAD COMPANY, BAD VEHICLES, BAD PEOPLE !!!

Went for a car with these absolutely shocking service no call backs from them always full of excuses hes on other phone or he will call back never happens, got the car eventually kept breaking down and had to go to a garage in horbury which is a trek for me, stay well clear and prey on bad credit people

Unfortunately sometimes vehicles do develop issues but we pride ourselves on the fact that we honour 100% of warranty claims within the first 3 months. I bought a car from these jokers a couple of years ago, and it wasnt right from the drive home. Excessive smoke and a bad oil leak. The oil had been over filled and i drained nearly one litre out to get the level to maximum. I drove it down to see my family 150 miles away, and was so concerned i called out a mobile mechanic to check it over. The mechanic couldnt believe I'd been sold a car in such bad mechanical condition. It had multiple engine faults and the turbo was on its way out etc. I took the car back and David the salesman told me to take it to Horbury which I refused to do. Imagine my surprise when then a friend of mine pointed out Autozone's ad on Ebay for the car which was advertised for £500 less than they had sold it to me!. Eventually they phoned to say the car was fixed, but as I'd taken it out on finance on the advice of the mechanic I stopped payments and told them to shove it. Upto about 3 months later David was still leaving me answerphone messages saying I need to pick the car up and that they were now charging me storage fees. Theres lots of places to buy a car from I don't recomend you choose this place.

This matter would of been a few years a go now as David, the salesman you refer has not been with the company for over 2 and half years, we are now under totally new management and have a dedicated after sales department, however I appreciate this wasn't the case when you dealt with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for your experience and we wish you all the very best for the future.
After buying my 4th car from Autozone am still very happy with the polite and helpful staff. Am on my 4th car because of the high milage i do every day. My last car had a few problems. John and hanna got my car sorted out within the day plus i got a curtesy car which helped. All in all very happy customer and will probably get my next car from them.

I bought a V W Touran 1.9 Two years ago. it was well worth the money I payed for it. £ 4,000. It has cost me very little only regular maintainance work. I was totally happy with the service and attitude. I am still running it now, and have no intention of changing it. I recommended them to my friend and she bought a Honda Civic last year she's had no problems and is very happy with the car.
