They promised our new car would be ready for Saturday and Went to pick the car up Tuesday were kept waiting whilst the bloke who served us wandered from person to petson talking thus taking two and half hours and still not completed paperwork! My husband got up and went and sat in the new car and they still left us waiting whilst he was talking so I ended up joining him in the car to which he realised we were not at the desk he took 15mins to run out ro us for a signature on the paperwork! Would I recommend then NO never again! They messed us about badly! And made it so obvious our car should have reversing sensors on they are on the bumper but they don't work! So got to pay as not going back there ever again!

Been waiting x3 weeks to fix a water ingress issue on a VW polo that they said was coming from the boot wiring grommet at roof line., that flooded all carpets front to back from a grommet in body roof to tailgate. My opinion, driven through/ left in a flood. After 2 weeks, said fixed, here are the keys ( paper work said grommet changed, and I kid you not, dried the carpets AS BEST WE CAN!……still showing 18% front to back of car on my water moister meter. So, Carpets still sodden. I refused to take away. They have now taken carpets out, after my insistence to check for water, plus, damage, plus I left them with a £10 moister meter to test carpet wetness percentage, when dry… and tested that dry for ingress solution solved, I’ll take back. They are now telling me car ready, so not plan to rewater test to check fix has worked. Should I just walk away? Their ability to work proactively, genuinely want to find/ fix, have a semblance of customer relationship, satisfaction output is zero. I have been doing all the phone progress chasing. Have written to them. I understand passing my email around, but zero returned response. My advice…. Steer well clear of them. They are interested in your money, and that’s it. A quality, customer focussed, and capable business they are not.

I bought this car online on 20 August 2023 of value 16K.First thing very poor customer service if you buy online they tell you who is dealing with you will call you back and it take ages to call me back.When I bought the car the same day I complaint about the scuffing marks and scratches on the bonnet they call me after 9 days and clearly refused to solve any issue of cosmatics.Never going to suggest this dealer

Bought a car from Castle Donington in July, returned it under warranty after a faulty wheel bearing. took it in on a Thursday with a promise it would be back to me on the Monday. Came to Friday after speaking with a staff member on the Thursday guaranteeing me it would be ready for Friday morning to be told that they had'nt even done the work required to it. if there is one thing i dont like is its being lied to. Absolutely terrible service!

Sales team when buying the car and taking your money are brilliant. However, aftercare sales are absolutely shocking. When I first test drove my car, it had a flat battery. I was assured this would be sorted before I drove it away. Everything was fine for about 6 weeks until all of sudden, the car wouldn’t start and said ‘system fault’ . I booked it in with Available Car under the warranty and was told to drop it off at 9am which I did, I was also told that I would receive a phone call between 4-6 with an update. 6 o’clock came round and I hadn’t heard anything so I tried calling every department in the Donington store multiple times but nobody answered! I had to wait until they opened at 9am the following morning to finally speak to someone Only to be told ‘well your battery needs to be on charge for 24 hours before we do anything’ why was I not told this upon drop off?! Why was I not given an update? Basically I had to call multiple times for updates throughout the day. Finally was told at 5pm my car was ready for collection after a battery replacement. Got there at 5:45 and at 6:30, somebody came over and told me they’d lost my keys and couldn’t find them anywhere!!! Just a complete disaster from start to finish, with no real apology or care for their customer needs. I tried to talk to the customer care manager, Martin whilst I was there and he honestly couldn’t care meds and I got absolutely nowhere. I wouldn’t buy again from here that’s for sure!!

Purchased my car from them 18 months ago and it’s been in the garage 3 times for electrical problems. And guess what… the warranty didn’t cover anything. Currently my car has had a engine fire due to wiring fault and It’s too dangerous to drive and guess what….., warranty doesn’t cover it. Apparently faulty wiring is wear and tear. This is the answer to every issue. 6 weeks and I have no car. Available car are not interested. They just want your money and get paid commission and push selling add on’s to you but won’t pay up when a problem exists. Stay away. Buy from someone else and don’t bother with extended warranty it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.

Would give them zero if I could. Bought a car but haven't received lig book. When I phoned them they didn't want to know. Said they never owned the car and don't know who did and I need to sort it with the DVLA. DVLA need slip from the seller to register it to us which we was never given as its the seller who should do this. Don't use this company - absolutely no care after they have your money.
