Visited the Sutton in Ashfield branch this afternoon. They had plenty of staff wandering around but we were left waiting for 20mins and no one came to help us with the purchase of a vehicle.

sold a car with a puncher repair too close to the tire wall when the tire should have been replaced. the vehicle was as unsafe to drive and clearly hadn’t had any safety checks. horrific customer care and no accountability taken to avoid paying for their own mistake.

Wife recently got in touch with this company to part ex her Mercedes’ a200 for a golf gtd sales person gave her a price 5 months ago at £16500 and 2 days ago phoned back and they said only £14500 so she rang back to speak to someone who said they would get as close as possible no one as ever been in touch

Phoned after car service to book car in under warranty and was told some one would phone me back. Waited nine hours and never received a call back so decided to right this revue . If you are spending money they ring back straight away but if they have spend they don't want to know.
