This garage is ran by rouge sales team. The car was advertised as great and working or etc and came with 3 months warranty.... Where do i begin. To begin they promised me a set amount on P/X with my old car. When i got there they after a 3 hours drive they denied this and said they would simply offer me the cars value in metal because that is all it is worth... My insurance was switched and i was a long way from home. I had no choice but to agree to the shocking deal and get out of there. So i did this. THe following day my car is on there front show court up for sale. With out a single bit of work being done to it. Mugged off! Next. Car had many faults, ABS/Traction light on, oil pressure light on. Missing CD player didnt work etc. They refused to fix any of this, even thought it is against sales of goods act. I actually had to dispute my payment with the bank and i took back over a 1/4 of the funds i paid forcefully and now the bank has gone after the garage for the £

Great service - great cars - great choice. And no, I don't work there. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Unfortunatley for me there were no reviews about ASM when u purchased my car, they dont have any idea of what good customer service is and dont even carry out basic maintence checks when they sell a car. The staff are rude and never return a call, and expect the customer to do basic tasks such as pick up the number plates for your car. They promise the earth but fail to deliver again and again, save your self the hassle and grief and buy a car from any one but Aylesbury Street Motors

Where do I start, this car sales garage is a total joke and waste of time! Do not give them your money. Just full of promises you never get and have to constantly chase them for what you need. Promised call backs that I am still waiting for! The staff are rude and unhelpful and very unprofessional straight after they have took your money. Offer and state a service you will be getting which they DO NOT deliver. When you ring to speak to a person you have dealt with or have been awaiting a call back from that never came then that person is either always with apparent customers or is not in on that day or has left. The car had many faults that I have had to pay to get fixed and am still awaiting apparent payment from the garage as should be covered under warranty. If you want value for money and a high level of service then stay well away from Aylesbury Street Motors!!

Awful service and couldn't care less. Wasted 3 hours of travel just to be told the car I paid a deposit on was now unavailable. Avoid at all costs.

I think this garage is absolutely disgusting. No customer service, and very poor knowledge of cars. I found the staff to be very intimidating, we had a meeting concerning a car we bought that turned out to have lots of problems, and every single member of staff gathered on the opposite side of the desk to have their input. The manager stated 'What do you want? I've told you I'm not interested.' when we sat bewildered at how the meeting had gone. I really wish I had have recorded it, there's no doubt I would be taking action if I had. Maybe it was a one off, some sort of bad day, looking at the other reviews but I will certainly NEVER EVER recommend them or go there again after my experience. This is all coming from a jolly person may I add - first bad review I've ever left - congratulations to the guys at Aylesbury Street Motors.

Top Service from the lads down there, gave me loads of info before hand and there was no pressure when I came to view either! Glad I made the trip, although the fuel cost to get home cost a lot more than I thought!!

Bought a car from this dealership a week ago. Just wanted to write a little note to say that these guys are doing a great job. The car I bought was amazing. I had a very minor issue with the car and called ASM. They answered the phone straight away and helped me resolve the issue straight away with no hassle. I'm a 100% satisfied customer and will definatele be buying another car from here!!
