It was my first time using AZ autos and I was impressed with their overall service. They were very helpful and got back to me with a price for fixing the alternator and a full service for my daughters first car. The quote was also cheaper than another local garage I had used for while. From start to finish I was dealt with professionally and I will start taking my own car there from now on.
An honest bunch of guys who are keen on customers service and satisfaction. I had unforeseeable issues with my car which they dealt with without fuss or delay. Their courtesy car was also very convenient.
I never bought the most expensive car but in the 7 months I have had it they have helped and advised me and a couple of free checks that they were doing on cars bought from them and they are so friendly and helpful so if you want a friendly efficient job or service done go to them you won’t get better.And very pleased with the car l bought 10/10 from me.
I bought my Legacy from AZ Autos nearly 3 years ago and am still as happy with the car as I was when I bought it. The only downsides to the whole experience were that it had not been cleaned when I went to collect it and one of the key fobs was not working. This entailed a visit to Timpsons who charged me pennies to repair it and took less than 5 minutes. Despite this I would recommend them. I haven't been back as their stock has become rather too German for my taste.
Things started really well at AZ Autos! The Nissan had been reduced by £1000 so was good value for money, and the people there were very helpful! One issue I had was they didn't clean the car once I bought it, you could see mud on the floor from other people that test drove it. I would recommend them though!

I bought a Ford From AZ Autos. The car was clean and as described! The dealers were helpful and knowledgeable. They definitely deserve 5 out of 5 and I would recommend them!

Bought Bmw 5series. After 6 months needed new radiator which isn't covered on RAC warranty! My local garage also found oil filter was totally blocked and filthy oil indicating car couldn't have had oil change even though AZ Autos stamped service history! Complained to AZ Autos, RAC and The Warranty Group but all ganged up to avoid liability! Never trust any of them!

I purchased a BMW from here back in may. The service was good overall but when I was viewing the car for the first time I opened the glove box to find receipts and ketchup wrappers so when I collected it I asked them if they had valeted it and they said yes... only when I got back in it all the receipts and sachets were still there. Other than that I have no complaints and would recommend this garage.
