We sold our car to Balham cars London, through Motorway. They met the reserved price & agreed to collect when we were home as we both work. Vai, an extremely polite, professional and courteous guy arrived early evening with updates as to arrival. After the look over we spoke to the Owner & tbh I had missed a few items that dealers take into more consideration when buying as of course they need to sell in & still make money out they wouldn't be there in the first place, as BCL have been there quite some time, you can presume they'll have more or less for the hand of this by now. This shows in how the offers went & the filter up. We handed over all the paper work for them to deal with, being an honest & reputable firm after a week or so everything was in order, the balance paid off to the loan company, the log book etc all sorted. This was all completed by us trusting them to honour what Vai & the Owner said they would do. Car dealers are business people, these guys you can't trust. 5 star service. Personal thanks to Vai who was given the short straw & came all the way to Crawley to buy our car, thx M8 you did your Boss proud.
Will not hesitate to recommend in the future to friends & family.

Came across Balham Cars when looking for our next vehicle, and seeing that similar cars at other dealers were not in as good condition and with the AA dealer promise, we decided to go with them. Had a great experience with Onder, who was attentive, helpful and pleasant. Communication was really good and kept us updated, and when we were unable to collect, they arranged delivery.
